If you love the beach you will love our sweet 2 B 1 B cottage. Literally steps to gorgeous Long Beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises to start your day. Sip coffee and enjoy meals on the screened-in porch or on your choice of front or back decks. Also, a patio below with outdoor grilling, dining, and sectional furniture! Enclosed Outdoor shower. Sleep to the sound of ocean waves. Enjoy long walks along the shore morning, noon, and night. Relax in the sun, sand, and ocean! Walk to Long Beach Dairy Maid and Surfside Subs and Pizza! Please note: Long Beach Gate fees apply to each car entering the private road. $60fee weekly July and August only Please note: Stairs on both the front and back of the home.

Relaxing seaside getaway

We had such a wonderful time at this property. It was the perfect relaxing hub for our Boston area adventures. Short hop to the train, beautiful sunrises each morning, our host very helpful.

Our stay could not have been better! We mainly made the long trip so we could visit Salem during October, but had the most fun while we were at the beach house. My kids, ages 20 and 8, enjoyed relaxing at the house and exploring the beach. We also had fun visiting Rockport. We did not want to leave!

A lovely stay!

Our stay was perfect! We had such a great time here. The place was clean and was so close to the ocean. Diane was very communicative, which we appreciated! You can truly tell this place is maintained and cared for. We would love to rent again next year if given the opportunity.

We had an absolutely lovely stay on Long Beach, it certainly wasn't swimming temps but walking down to the beach for sunrise and for the kids to beachcomb during the day was so lovely. We took advantage of the train from Gloucester to the October chaos that is Salem and appreciated the convenience of this with the beauty of the beach a perfect stay. The house was spotless and very comfortable for our group of 6. The outdoor areas are wonderful and comfortable as well. We definitely hope to be return renters!

Fall beach trip

Was a perfect spot for a fall vacation, very close to major cities like Boston but far enough that it you get the charm of a small seaside town. House was very cleaned and maintained and a few steps from a nice beach!!!

Beautiful and comfortable cottage!!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The owner was gracious and got back to us immediately with answers to our questions. Being so close to the beach and able to hear the ocean was so soothing. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Cute Beach Home

Had a wonderful stay by the beach with 2 grandkids. They were able to run to the beach on their own and play outside in this very private neighborhood. Home had beach vibes and Diane was a lovely host.

Cute, quiet vacation

Spring break spent here was one we will not forget. Exploring different beaches, trying new restaurants, tracking down lighthouses, walking Halibut Point State Park, and Bearskin Neck were only a few of our favorite things. Diane was a lovely host, had some great recommendations, and was quick to respond and show up for us when we need her assistance with a spare key! We cannot wait to return!

Charming cozy cottage

Such a beautiful cottage steps from the beautiful beach. Super comfy bed & linens / pillows. Lovely porches. Over the sound of the waves with the windows opened. Thank you, will def be back.

Beautiful Beach cottage

It was the perfect place to stay on our visit to Celebrate Halloween and fall in Salem. It was steps away from the ocean and we could hear the waves crashing from the windows. Diane the host was so welcoming and thoughtful. If youre looking for a beautiful beach cottage on the beach you wont find one more lovely than this.

Adorable Beach House a Must Stay

The adorable beach house was the perfect place to spend the weekend and we wouldnt hesitate to go back. The house was clean and fully stocked with anything we could need from kitchen amenities to comfortable beach chairs. With just steps away from the beach it was convenient and was also very relaxing to sit on the porch and hear the waves crash at night. The owner was easy to communicate with and truly cared if we enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend booking.

Great Beach Escape

The beach cottage and location were amazing! The house owner's attention to detail and responsiveness was outstanding. The house lives much bigger than the description or pictures. Wonderful outside and porch areas expand the size of the living space. Highly recommend this house and location for a family vacation or getaway!

Cute Cottage

Stayed at Diane’s cute cottage for a girl’s trip. Everything was wonderful! We even met a friendly neighbor that gave us a bunch of great tips for the local area. Easy train ride into Salem and Boston. We appreciated the board games, which we played at night while drinking wine and listening to the ocean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again – thanks Diane for sharing your wonderful cottage.

Great Beach House!

During our brief stay, the property lived up to its description! The property owner was kind and readily available to assist with any inquiries. The outdoor area was spacious and had everything we required. The outdoor shower is always a fantastic addition to any beach house! Accompanied by two children and two adults, the house was ideal for our needs.

House was awesome Diane and Larry were terrific. Communicated clearly and often with us so we didn’t have to worry about anything. You can hear the ocean from the house and the views are amazing from boardwalk!! Highly recommend

Reminiscent of my childhood

We picked this cottage because my nana used to rent it when I was a kid. It brought back such happy childhood memories. Perfect for 4 people. It was me my husband and my dad. We could hear the ocean from the porch and is a great beach. We grilled one night and made spaghetti the other night and of course had to go into rockport to shop.

Exceptional!

A lovely cottage in the most beautiful setting! The house was perfectly appointed with everything you would need for a fun, relaxing, comfortable beach vacation! We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) that stayed for a week. Don't let the size of the house deter you from booking! With 2 decks and a screen porch, the house plays bigger than it would seem. Plenty of space and the proximity to the beach was wonderful! You can hear the waves from the deck! Owners were available and attentive with any questions or needs. Wonderful stay in wonderful Rockport!!
