The house has 3 bathrooms and a gym area. Garage is available for guests. Downstairs has a wide open game room with a wet bar, TV and fire place.



The kitchen boasts an island and everything you need to enjoy meals before or after a day at the lake.



The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom and TV.



There are 3 living room area. One of them includes a work out area with machines and weights and also a desk.

Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. -Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



Guest Access:

Entire house, deck and yard. This house has a garage and carport that guests can use. A few closets are unavailable.

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 25 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
