The main level features a spacious primary suite with a brand-new bathroom and walk-in closet, plus an updated guest bath with a walk-in shower and generous storage. The fully finished basement is ideal as a guest suite, offering its own living area, wet bar/kitchenette, bedroom, flex space, and large bath.



Step outside to enjoy the brand-new wraparound deck, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or taking in the gorgeous seasonal views of the lake. The waterproofed design also provides covered storage and parking below.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.



-Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



Guest Access:

Entire house, deck and yard. This house has a garage that guests can use. A few closets are unavailable.

- PETS - No pets.



- DEPOSIT - We require an additional deposit for guests hosting their "crew" or "company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.



- EXTRA GUESTS - This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Must be at least 25 years old to book



- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
