Cozy DCL Cabin with Hot Tub Firepit & Dock Slip

Bring the whole family and enjoy a large level lot with a firepit and cornhole boards. Your dock slip is a short 2 minute walk with a beach cart to help get all your necessities to the lake! Come back and hangout on the back deck with space to conversate, BBQ and dip in the hot tub! The loft has an oversized beanbag and foosball table along with two separate living areas! End the night in front of the large stone wood burning fireplace watching a movie!

You will enter on the ground/entrance level into a family room with a large comfy couch, love seat and chair to watch TV on one of six smart TVs in the home. On the ground/entrance level you will also find the closet with the beach cart and cornhole boards. The laundry room, a full bath and bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV are also located on the ground/entrance level.

Upstairs on the main level of the home you will find the fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliance including a double oven, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. Plenty of cooking utensils, plastic dishware for kids, wineglasses, Keurig with starter KCups, crockpot, toaster, blender and BBQ utensils. You will also have plenty of cabinet space to store your food items.

Also on the main level is the dining room with seating for 8 adults and living room with a two story wood burning stone fireplace surrounded by two leather couches and love seat with comfy throw pillows and a large bench that can be used as an ottoman, more seating or as a coffee table.

From the main level dining you can access the back deck which has two sets of stairs to ground level (one to the driveway one to the yard). In the spacious level yard is the firepit and Adirondack chairs. The back deck is where you will find the hot tub which is available all year and a propane BBQ grill, dining table with umbrella and other out door seating that is available May thru October.

From the living room you can access the front balcony which has a dining table with chairs and two sets of chairs with side tables.

Down the hall from the kitchen you will find a full bath with a tub and two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a full size bed and smart TV. In bedroom 2 closet will be a vacuum and broom and dustpan. Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds and smart TV. In bedroom 3 closet will be extra pillows and blankets if needed and a baby gate.

Upstairs in the loft is an oversized beanbag to hangout in while reading a book or watching a game of foosball. You will also find boardgames, books and puzzles in the loft.

Also in the loft is another full bath with a shower and a large private bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV. In the loft bedroom you will find a pack n play with clean sheets for your use.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and darkening shades for your comfort.

Please bring paper products such as paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates and napkins. There will be a starter roll of paper towels in the kitchen and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap and basic cleaning supplies are provided. Your bath towels are provided but be sure to bring beach towels for the hot tub and lake. A bundle of wood will be provided for the fireplace and firepit. More can be purchased locally.

A welcome book will be located on the kitchen counter with check in and check out procedures, hot tub directions, fireplace directions, area information and directions to your dock slip. You will also find a state park pass for your use during your stay. The pass must be returned to the welcome book before your departure. Also you will be able to enjoy the Garrett College Community Aquatic and Recreation Complex during your stay free of charge.

Please don't park on the grass.

Please make sure all garbage is removed from the home upon departure and placed in the bear safe containers at the end of the driveway.
