Beautiful lake property in a secluded wooded area with five bedrooms all with a lake view, fire pit, entertainment area, two kitchens, two indoor fireplaces, outdoor patios with dining and grill, and a fun dock with paddle boards and kayaks for our guest. High Speed wireless Internet in the house and at the dock, makes both a great place to work or relax. Great woods to hike in or just enjoy the beautiful sunset from one of the screened in porches.

The perfect group getaway

We absolutely loved our stay for a short girls weekend. The soaking tubs, screened in porches and many nooks to rest and read in really elevated our Book Club’s weekend away. The upstairs fridge situation was little unique and does not hold the same as a normal fridge; however, the downstairs kitchen fridge solved that issue easily. We had no complaints, but would recommend any future guests to make sure you have the key code info saved before you arrive as cell service is horrible. The road to the house is also a gravel/dirt road which was a bit of a challenge even in our midsize SUVs. This would be an issue for a smaller sedan or other type of small vehicle. I could not recommend the property enough though.

Five Stars - Perfect Getaway

Our stay at Littleville on the Lake was wonderful! The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning location that made for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. It was well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. The space was comfortable and perfect for our group of two adults and four teens celebrating a birthday.We especially loved taking advantage of the kayaks right off the dock and exploring the great hiking trails in the area. Whether we were out on the water or just unwinding at the house, everything about our stay was enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic lake getaway!

This is handsome down one of the BEST places I have ever rented. The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful, it's so quiet that you can hear the nature at night . We even seen a ton of deer !!! My friends and I visited for a getaway and were so happy with our choice. We cannot wait to go back again! Also the showers are HUGE 😍 . The owner was very helpful and responsive when we asked to extend our stay and even helped us locate a missing wallet we thought we left behind at check out . I recommend this place 10/10 and will be sharing with everyone I know

Amazing fall retreat

My family stayed at Littleville the last week of October for my daughter’s wedding at the Barn at Shady Grove in Double Springs. What an amazing stay we had. This home will not disappoint! Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, cozy beds/pillows/blankets. LOVED our rainy days on the covered screened porches. We cooked, played games from their game cabinet and had a paddle in the stunning lake on the SUPS and kayaks. We had a few questions during our stay and Daryl was super responsive and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better week. If you’re looking for a retreat, this is the place for you!!

Shower/Girls Weekend

Littleville on the Lake was everything we could have hoped for to host our girls weekend. Bright, spacious main level where we could leave the doors open all day to enjoy the gorgeous Autumn breeze. This home is beautifully appointed and so clean. We weren’t there long enough to fully enjoy everything it has to offer. But if you have a group or family, this is the place for you… Lots to do! And the location is fairly private, tucked away in a cove on the lake. The perfect place to cozy up and decompress with the ones you love.

Relaxing Lake House

Comfortably slept 7 adults and 1 child. Everyone remarked on the great sleep they were getting. We love the cove the house sits on because there is hardly any boat traffic. There are 110 stairs down to the water so if you have anyone with mobility issues in your party they likely will not be able to enjoy the water. We had corn hole tournaments on the lower deck and loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. Would recommend staying here!

Girls Trip

Perfect house and property for a fun getaway of adult women in our 50’s! Plenty of room to spread out and outdoor spaces were perfect for us! We spent the majority of our time either on the screened-in porch or by the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs and beds were very comfortable.

Amazing Weekend Respite

Our stay at this property was amazing!!! The space was fantastic with all the indoor and outdoor gathering options. We truly loved the decor with elements of rustic and formal, modern and vintage! The whole place is beautiful! The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Having two kitchens was awesome for our gathering of friends. We loved the porches and fire pit. I hope to stay again.

We enjoyed everything. It’s beautiful comfortable and clean . Thank you for working with us and making a birthday one to remember . The only negative thing is you have to be in shape to get back and forth to the pier but it was great exercise . Again thank you for everything.

Beautiful home

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. The home is just as pictured but even better in person. It is so beautiful and located in such a peaceful area. We had everything we needed and more. The owners were so kind and very responsive to any questions that we had. I have done many vrbo rentals and this one sits at the top of my list as a favorite. So if you are going to be in the area or just looking for a great family getaway this is your spot!

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great experience and will be back! We loved the cove and quiet areas around us. We paddled to a waterfall and enjoyed fishing and swimming. The stairs gave us a workout, but it was worth it! The home was immaculate and designed so comfortably. Our only negative was the internet...which really is a positive when you're trying to get away from it all. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful retreat.
