☀️NEW HOME☀️ - 2 Master Bedrooms, Double Decker Dock, Lillypad, Paddle Boards

Surround yourself with nature in this new Lewis Smith Lake house with stunning views. Perfect for 1-3 families. Double decker dock is a ton of fun! Located on White Oak Creek which is a serene and low traffic area of the lake (north of Rock Creek). Beautiful deep year round water. Easy walk to the dock. Close to two marinas, Rock Creek and Triple Creek.

5 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Sleeps 13 in beds. TWO spacious MASTER BEDROOMS. Both have on suite bathrooms, lake views, and king size beds. Two bedrooms with queen beds. Bunk room with 4 twin beds, plus one twin roll away.

Plenty of space with two living areas and two private porches (one screened in). New furnishings, new linens, new mattresses on all beds and blackout curtains. You'll sleep great!

Bathrooms are spacious and include beautiful tile. Bath towels are provided.

Kitchen extras include dedicated ice maker (yes!), crock pot, turkey roaster, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven and plenty of cookware and dinnerware. Propane grill located right off the screened in porch.

Double decker dock with swim platform. Upper deck provides plenty of room, seating, sun and shade for everyone to hang out. 2 chaise lounges and chairs are stored on the upper deck. Feel free to use our floats, canoe, paddle boards, lilly pad, lounge chairs, life jackets, etc. Be sure to rent your boat ahead of time! Swim at your own risk. Bring life jackets for the little ones.

Family friendly board games, cards, dominos, poker chips, dice, etc.

Smart TV's and high speed internet. Desk and chair if you need to work.

Please note that our house is located on a gravel road.

You are welcome to tie up your boat to our dock. Covered boat parking is not available, our boat is there. Our boat and jet skis are not available for use.

Absolutely loved this place. Check was easier than checking into a hotel. Just showed up and punched in our code for the door and kaboom vacation initiation complete! Catherine was awesome at helping us look for a rentals and also letting us know how far away the local grocery stores were. We brought everything we needed with us but wouldn’t have prepared for that had we not known ahead of time. The dock was the place we spent most of our time fishing, swimming and relaxing. Neighbors were also really nice. Our family of six had plenty of space. Definitely would consider making a return trip to this place!

A family friendly vacation at the lake

The property is beautiful and spacious for us and our 3 sons and their families. Everyone really enjoyed the wonderful dock where we were able to relax and view the kids as they jumped into the lake. They loved it! The paddle boards were a big hit with everyone! It’s a lot of steps to go up and down from the house to the dock but no one seemed too bothered by it. Be aware that it’s not close to grocery stores so come prepared with lots of food!! All in all, a wonderful week!!!

Beautiful location

House was really well appointed. Owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. Only downside was it is a little remote but that’s a choice - if you want really pristine solitude this is a great spot!

Quiet and relaxing

We had a wonderful time. The house had anything you would need, very well stocked kitchen items. We had Thanksgiving dinner there and we had everything we needed. The house was spacious and comfortable. The view is stunning, just a great trip.

Lake Paradise

This is exactly what we were looking for—serenity and a place to play in the water. The house is fantastic, with a very functional layout. It's great for families. The furniture is comfortable, from the couches to the beds. We can't wait to plan our next stay here.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. This house is very nice, clean, kitchen is well stocked, and boat house is awesome. we used the paddleboards and the canoe and had fun jumping off from the 2nd story of the boathouse. My 4 sisters and 2 nieces plus my spouse take a yearly lake trip and this was our first time at Smith Lake. We will definitely be back. the water was clean and boat/wave runner traffic was very light. The mattress in the upstairs primary closet was a bit of an inconvenience but we would move it next time if we needed to. The drive to the house was fairly long once you left the main road but I think this is true of any house on Smith Lake. The house was worth the drive. The host was very responsive and helpful with everything including telling us we should pack enough food, etc. so we did not need to go out once we were there. We were even allowed to check in early which was a huge plus.

Wonderful home, awesome host.

This Smith Lake house is outstanding. It’s tucked back on a finer of the lake so you get the benefit of the quiet and calm water, but it’s not so far way that you can’t get out and about into the main channels easily. The house itself is perfect for a small group. We had two families and a few extra teenage friends, and there was more than enough space for all to be comfortable. It’s new house (2023, I think), so it has everything you’d want in terms of amenities. And the lake toys (paddle boards, floating pad, etc.) are very nice. Lastly, the host was wonderful to work with. Clear, pleasant communication at all touch points. We’ll stay here again, without a doubt.

Great Stay

I never leave reviews but this rental was incredible. The house was super nice and the dock was even better. We had 6 kids between 5&9 plus 6 adults. Nobody ever got bored, it had everything. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Will book again.

Beautiful home, in a quiet location on the lake!

The home was so impressive with the stylish mix of farmhouse and contemporary furnishings and decor! The bedding mattresses were so comfortable that we could have stayed another week (alas, work calls). After years of owning our own home on Smith Lake, I wasn't sure how I would feel about renting someone else's, but, it was just like being at home with all the amenities, appliances and kitchen utensils! Catherine was a wonderful hostess, and promptly gave me instructions on check in codes, etc. We will most definitely be back for another family adventure that's very close to home for us!!

Great Stay!

House is new, very clean, well furnished, and accurate to VRBO pix. Furniture aptly placed and comfortable. Hard to tell what we enjoyed more - the view with morning coffee over still waters from the screen porch or from the top level of the dock. Bass were breaking the top of the water in the cove early a.m. Our boat depth finder measured 25+ feet deep at the end of the dock so flips off the top level were awsum. AWD/4WD best for the gravel road to the house. Owner was quick respond & very helpful. We loved it!

Our birthday trip

This place is beautiful! It was sparkling clean and had all and more than we needed! It was cold but the screened in porch was the perfect spot to gather and talk! Grands loved canoeing and walking to see the little waterfalls! I highly recommend this rental and we are planning another trip this summer!
