Salt Shack is a new 2-bedroom house just minutes from the beach! With arrangements comfortably sleeping 4, proximity to the beach, and access to 4 Bikes, Salt Shack is ideal for your 30A vacation!

Location:

Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 3 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• NO STREET PARKING



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No Pets

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

• Guests do not have access to the garage.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

New and clean

We loved staying at Salt Shack. It’s new, clean, and had everything we needed. The mattresses were very comfortable, and we slept great. For anyone who sleeps with a fan for noise, there is one provided. We would stay here again.

Comfy & Cozy. Charming beach cottage.

I stayed for a full month at this property, and it has everything for a comfortable stay. It's in a secluded location, but is still just a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. I loved cooking on the gas burners, and found the kitchen to be well-stocked with all the pots, pans, and sheet pans that I needed. I especially appreciated the desk in the kids bedroom, since I was there to study for a month, as well as enjoy the beach. Since I am chemically-sensitive, I had a special request for them to wash towels and sheets with a non-toxic detergent, which I sent to them, and I am grateful that they did that for me. This property is perfect for a couple or small family vacation.

The perfect bungalow for a 30A vacation. You are close enough to walk or ride bikes yet far enough away to feel like you’re not in a major tourist destination.

Perfect Beach Cottage for Mother/Daughter Getaway

We can’t say enough about the Salt Shack-it was “practically perfect” in every way! The cleanliness, decor, amenities, and communication were superb!!! I plan on bringing my husband back this fall-I can’t wait!!! Thanks so much Nancy for making our weekend wonderful!

This house is an excellent choice.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Salt Shack. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was also very quiet. I couldn’t find grill tools but that could have been my fault and was a very minor issue. We are already planning a trip back.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The listing and property description was accurate and exceeded our expectations. The booking process was simple and straightforward. Communcation was prompt, welcoming, and responsive every step of the way. The property was well-appointed, quiet, and clean. Great location being far enough from the local activity, but accessible by foot should you want to partake at any time. Distance to the beach and beach access was accurate making it an enjoyable walk and close enough to take multiple trips a day to the beach. The property had everything you would need for a wonderful stay from dishes to appliances to make you stay pleasurable.

The cottage is new and clean. It's off the beaten path a little, but that's what we like. I would recommend to a couple or a small family.
