We loved this home! It was clean, beautiful, and the perfect size for our family of 4. We had a wonderful time exploring the Spit, Kenai Fjords, Seldovia, and some of the smaller parks in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

excellent place and hostess!! She was respectful of privacy yet willing to be there if we needed her to be! A complete stranger shared some if his fresh halibut with us as we watched him clean them!

This property was gorgeous and for us perfect in every way for our two day stay. We enjoyed fishing and visiting the sites yet this home was so comfortable we mostly wanted to sit and stare out the window at the gorgeous view. Thanks so much for sharing this property!

Great place to call home while visiting Homer.

Property was great. Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen well stocked. Nice washer and dryer. Perfect set up for us. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a fabulous trip to Homer and highly recommend this beautiful home! It has gorgeous views with a lovely deck . It is quaint, clean and well equipped. The host provided a great list of recommendations. It was a perfect launching off point for our excursions and great to come back to at the end of a full day of adventures. We will be back!

Cozy house with lovely views

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the comfy couch and fireplace, the great views of the bay out the big front windows, the well-equipped kitchen, and the cozy master bedroom. The host was a dear, always quick to answer our questions. We'll definitely stay there again when in Homer.

We had a great experience at this beautiful home! The beds were very comfortable and the house still smelled ‘new’. We appreciated the snacks and water and the added hotel-like toiletries in the bathrooms. The view of the Bay was breathtaking too. Our hostess was informative and prompt with answering questions. Perfect!

We came to Homer for a ski race over the week end and the house was perfect for the 4 of us! We loved the special touches such as the nice smelling house, the snacks and great coffee choices. It felt like home

You Won’t Be Sorry!

Well-designed new single family home within 30 minutes walk to downtown Homer. Beautiful bay view and everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, great beds and bedding, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable seating areas, great bathrooms and showers, washer/dryer. Just do it!

Homer Alaska fishing trip

Our stay was amazing in this well stocked beautiful home! Location was perfect. Location is not to far from town and the view from the front porch was amazing! My only complaint of this property is the bedrooms need black out curtains. The shades do not block enough light for us Texans. Highly recommend a stay here!

The house was very clean, new construction, close to town. It’s hard to find 2 bathroom vrbo in Homer. This house had the two bathrooms that was why we picked house.

THE BEST

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The house is pure rental perfection. I’ve never been made to feel so welcome and comfortable in a rental. The owners have thought of everything and thensome to make your stay perfect. And the location can’t be beat — out of the tourist fray but ideally close to everything you will need or want. The view from the living room picture windows is reason enough to book. Thank you for the amazing stay!
