Maison agréable, spacieuse et bien placée pour découvrir le coeur de cette ville formidable. Quartier calme avec quelques endroits sympa pour boire une bière ou déguster des spécialités du moyen orient. Tramway & bus à proximité. Très bon contact avec Troy !! Encore merci :)

Nice house in mid-city

Stayed for Jazz Fest with a group of 5. The house is well located and spacious. The owner is very thoughtful and provides lots of little things to make for a pleasant stay. Thank you Troy!

A Comfortable Home away from Home

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's, and this is the nicest we have ever been at. It is lovely and comfortable, very well appointed, very, very clean. Troy was gracious and friendly, quick to respond to emails or calls. It's in a nice, friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants and the cable car. We hope to be back next year!

Mid City House

House was perfect for a number of guests. Troy was always quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood was safe and easily accessible to the rest of NOLA.

Amazing!

Troy was absolutely amazing! Before we got there he responded to all my questions very quickly. The check in process was very easy. The house was clean and it had everything we needed including dishes, towels, snacks, drinks, linens etc. We stayed during an unexpected snow storm and Troy’s main concern was our safety. He let us stay as long as our delayed flights made us. I would 100% stay there again!

A quiet gem for a group

The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the host, Troy, was wonderful. Trolley is 3 blocks away (have exact change for the $3 ticket or use the rta app) which gets you to the Quarter in less than 15 min and is a pleasant ride. And the cemeteries are a little ride away too. Lots of places to pick up the snacks and other things you want if you don’t want to order them delivered. Would stay again and again!

MidCity rental

Troy could not have been a better host. Everything was a advertised. Everything worked. Rental was quiet. Neighborhood was easy to traverse with multiple restaurants within walking distance including Angelo Brocato's! We highly recommend this rental

Mid-city charm!

We had a wonderful trip to New Orleans and Mid-City was the perfect location! Troy was a fantastic host and the property was perfect! The house has tons of space and is very clean! The location is amazing and so close to everything! There are so many yummy restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the trolley is only a short walk away! Highly recommend this property! 👌 ❤️

Really nice home in a great location.

We booked this home for our stay during the Taylor Swift Eras tour. The home was perfect for our family. It was spacious and super clean. Bonus…the location to all the festivities was perfect and our host Troy’s hospitality was over the top! ❤️

Great Girls Trip!

This was the perfect location and accommodations for a first trip to New Orleans and first girls trip for a group of lifelong friends. Quiet neighborhood, clean property and very responsive owner. He even provides treats 😊. We would definitely consider staying again!!!

Great location and comfortable accomodations

Really loved the location in Mid City - quiet neighborhood but easy to get to French Quarter and City Park areas. Very clean home with comfortable furnishings. Troy was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly each time. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Jazz Fest/MidCity

Troy was communicative and helpful, the place is large and clean and it was the perfect home base for Jazz Fest. We grabbed the streetcar at the art museum and basically to the front door every day after the Fest. We loved the big space, the comfortable porch area and having a kitchen. I'd recommend wholeheartedly.

Here for the Fest...not the Feast!!

Our location was great!! Easy on off of trolly and good location for restaurants and other amenities. We slept in the bed well the first night and realized we were infested by bed bugs in our Master Suite for the next 3 nights. Our friends left early, we slept in other locations throughout the house. All seemed well, until it was not!!

Great place to stay

Have travelled to NOLA a few times and this rental is the best I’ve stayed in! Great location, short walk to trolley, lots of space for the 5 of us to spread out and very clean and well kept. Host was super friendly and available if needed!

Beautuful home, great location

Spacious home with more than enough room for 6 women. Short walk to public transportation or a quick uber ride to Bourbon St/French Quarter. Troy was great and answered all of our many questions regarding getting where we wanted to be.

Very clean and ROOMY

We loved this place it was immaculate!! The rooms were VERY LARGE!! The only negative would be the size of the tv's in the room in comparison to the size of the bedrooms, they were like 23" screens on the wall a long way from you. :-)

Wonderful property

Location is perfect - walking distance to the Canal Street Car. Property was spacious enough for 6 adults with room to spare. Wonderful experience! Would definitely stay here again!
