Condominio espacioso completamente remodelado con plano de planta abierto, decorado con buen gusto. Ubicado en Oceanwalk, al otro lado de la calle de BEST BEACH ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Justo al final de la calle de la famosa Coligny Plaza, con excelentes tiendas, restaurantes y todas sus necesidades de comestibles. Gran piscina al aire libre con terraza y pabellón cubierto, piscina cubierta climatizada y jacuzzi relajante dentro de la gran área del atrio. Uno de los pocos complejos con piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre.

Ingrese a la nueva cocina totalmente equipada para preparar todas sus comidas favoritas. Todos los electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos. Dormitorio principal con cama queen size y colchón con cubierta tipo almohada europea y mucho espacio de almacenamiento, amplio baño completo y cómodo sofá cama queen size en la sala de estar con colchón de espuma viscoelástica, tiene capacidad para cuatro personas cómodamente. Después de un día divertido en la playa o la piscina, relájese en una de las mecedoras en el balcón del segundo piso para tomar el aire nocturno. Muchos excelentes senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta, por lo que incluimos dos bicicletas de playa con su paquete, junto con tablas de surf y sillas de playa, todo GRATIS para disfrutar mientras se hospeda aquí. Canchas de tenis en el lugar, muchos desafiantes campos de golf en la isla y numerosas actividades acuáticas a pocos minutos de esta excelente ubicación, sin mencionar todos los excelentes restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento. Edificio para no fumadores, estacionamiento en la calle con dos ascensores para su conveniencia. Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas.

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, very comfortable and well appointed for our stay. The location was excellent. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, about 3 blocks to Coligny Plaza, shopping and restaurants. Bike rentals were nearby as well.

Great weekend stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo was close to so much and was the perfect little spot. It had everything we needed. Joe and Joyce left notes about their favorite places to eat etc which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

Great location!

Super clean condo, with great kitchen amenities. We loved the location and having the bikes to get around. The only thing I would say is there was not additional blanket for the pull out bed, but other then that it has everything you need.

Great condo

This condo has obviously been updated and the owners did a great job! Very clean and comfortable. Has an indoor and outdoor pool. Easy check in and check out, good restaurant recommendations and great communication with owner. Easy walk to beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

The property was immaculate. The indoor swimming pool was wonderful. At times it was filled with kids but before 10, it was very peaceful, We had a minor problem at check in but the owners got it solved quickly. Everything we needed was provided.

Short stay with the kids

While the hallways of the property give you pause when you first walk in, once you get in the door of the unit you begin to feel much better. The unit was clean and had the standard features for a beach rental. We found the kitchen items useful for preparing our meals. There is the big public beach within a short drive, or a more secluded beach slightly across the street to the right.

Island Escape

We loved the condo. It is very clean and comfortable. Very close to Coligny Park and Beach. Only minutes away from all the attractions on HHI. The indoor and outdoors pools were great amenities to have. I highly recommend this condo. The hosts were great communicators!!

convenient to great beach

we really liked the condo. There was confusion about the property parking pass, but the Stayanchis clarified that for us so that the next tenants wont discard the paper pass wqhich was supposed to stay in the unit. Other than that, the kitchen was complete and the furnishings were very nice.

Wonderful stay!

The room and amenities were excellent! Very clean and decorated lovely, true to the photos. Actually much roomier than we thought! Host responded quickly and helped us navigate a simple issue. We were within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and various restaurants. The beach chairs provided were great and much appreciated! Note: The indoor pool and hot tub were in frequent use by other guests with kids, but that is to be expected during high tourist season. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to others who want to vacation in the area!

This condo has a very cozy, comfortable and relaxing feel. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a much needed break. The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks to waters edge. We enjoyed getting to know the owners of the condo who were down there in another unit. They were very accommodating and offered any assistance if anything came up that we needed. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. It was very clean.

This condo was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this unit to anyone. How was the most wonderful person to work with. The property we were originally renting had some recenPMt water damage and was not available so he kindly offered us one of his other properties which was larger for the same orice. He was so willing to work with us to ensure that our vacation went as planned. I truly enjoyed working with him.

A Great time

Had a great time in Hilton Head last week...While the building itself is rather old, the condo was nicely remodeled inside - very clean and well stocked. It was a great size for our family of three. The bed in bedroom was very comfortable, however my only complaint would be that the sofa bed was not so comfortable. The location was great...easy 5 minute walk to beach and shops at Coligny Plaza. Many nearby restaurants and cafes, lots to do. Joe and Joyce were very good to deal with...always answered question/calls promptly and resolved a minor issue we had very quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again :)

excellent value and location

My wife and I were very pleased with our recent stay at the S Forest Beach Oceanwalk property. We love to swim, and we were especially pleased with the two pools and the proximity to S Forest, Alder, and Coligny beachs. We found that between Sea Pines and Coligny this may be the perfecr location on thr island. In addition, we found the price in comparison to the amenities to be the best valueewe could find as well. The owners were excellent communicators, and the condo was clean and well stocked. We had minor timing issues (our fault) both on the day of arrival and departure which were easily remedied via the help of the cleaning agency used to keep this condo clean. We were very thankful for every aspect of this accomodation as it made for a perfect and affordable vacation. Highly recommend this unit to anyone with 4 or less travelers.

Great location - smoky unit

Pros: Nicely decorated with updated beach theme. Well-appointed condo. Kitchen had many more serving pieces, cookware and dish ware than most! (The appliances are not “new” in my opinion.) Plenty of towels! MasterBed was comfortable. Location was fantastic (near the beach) and our priority in this booking to be close to family nearby! Price was very fair for the unit size and location! Cons: The condo has been smoked in! The owner offered to send his cleaners back to spray but that is only a coverup for what has permeated the unit! Every time we came back after closing it up, the place smelled very Smoky! We only spent 3 nights and moving wasn’t an option, so I just left the door wide open! This would not be possible with the heat of summer and bugs coming! Just an FYI if smoke bothers you!

We purchased this property last year and totally remodeled it to make you feel like your at the beach with all the comforts of home and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Joe and Joyce!

We accidentally stumbled across Hilton Head over twenty years ago and immediately fell in love and have been coming back ever since. Coming from Northern Ohio this is truly paradise. We vacationed many different locations over the years and found South Forest Beach area to be the best. It has everything we love, from the Ocean life, the Live Oaks with hanging moss, Palm trees, unending bike paths and many water sports to enjoy. On a morning walk on the beach it is common to see dolphins swimming in the distance! This is the best location on the Island. We love it and hope you will too.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Open floor plan, very spacious condo. Tastefully decorated. We included everything in our condo so as you can enjoy your time while you vacation here not running around, renting bikes or doing laundry. The kitchen is done in Travertine tile for the Ocean look, and walls are done in a sandy beach texture. White cabinets for a bright clean look with polished hardware. The bedroom and bath are each done in an Ocean Blue. Porcelain floor tile with large carpets for a comfortable feel. We want you to feel like you are on the beach with beautiful surroundings. Enjoy!
