Gorgeous, newly renovated home in the golf cart district of Bay St. Louis. This spacious home is the perfect place to stay for a family or multiple families. With 5 large bedrooms and 9 beds with brand new mattresses, this home will comfortably house 14 people. The stunning outdoor living area features a large pool, bar with outdoor TV, hammocks, grill, fire pit and TONS of seating. Inside you will enjoy an open concept kitchen with new appliances and cabinets, large TV's and pool table.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, quaint, friendly neighborhood in a prime location and less than 2 miles from Beach Blvd on Bay Saint Louis, restaurants, nightlife, and casinos.

Getting Around:
Ample parking with extended, gated driveway. Located in Bay Saint Louis' golf cart district, rent a golf cart for easy access to the best the gulf has to offer. All nearby amenities have free parking availability.

Family vacation

The home was lovely, and spacious the out door oasis was a plus . We spent a lot of time outdoors. It was very relaxing. The pool was a nice area that kept the teens entertained. Definitely recommend this property for your net trip to Mississippi.

4th Grade Teacher Getaway

We had an amazing time at Gianni’s beautiful home in Bay St. Louis. We enjoyed two beautiful afternoons by the pool and got to sip our coffee in the comfortable outside seating area. The backyard is very private which we enjoyed. We also loved how close to downtown it is. Just a 5 minute drive and you are at the beach/main strip.

Bay St. Louis Family Gathering Stay (Pool and Outside Relaxation)

The one thing I appreciated about our stay was that the property owner was very communicative. We had a few minor issues that were resolved rather quickly. Also, the inside of the house was very inviting, clean, and comfortable. At the end of our stay several suggestions to make the next guests' stay better were made to the property owner who was very receptive in fixing things and making the adjustments. Overall, my family and I had a very nice time!

Stay at the Oasis in Bay St Louis

The property was as advertised and fit our needs to gather all of my siblings and some of the "kids" in one space. Kitchen was big enough to accommodate several cooks at a time, but watch out the for the modern, clear cooktop vent hood that can be hard to see. We bumped heads on it more than once. but no injuries, just a surprise when bumping into it. It has a couple of Keurig machines but not a regular drip style coffee maker if that's your preference. Gianni was quick to respond to our questions and resolved a few minor issues for us in a timely manner. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would consider returning if we decide gather in Bay St. Louis in the future.

Worst Nightmare

I was told by the host the day before my mother’s funeral with my entire family flying in that he did not have a reservation for me and had the house booked to someone else. This is after payment made in full and all the typical emails including Here are the keys for your stay. I had reached out to the host for instructions on how to get into the property Friday afternoon when I got the reply that he didn’t have the reservation. I have still not found out where the fault lies but everything coming from VRBO looked just the same as always and a call to them confirmed that they had a record of the reservation. They are reimbursing my payment.

I am so sorry you had this experience. Like I had communicated to you. We never spoke prior to the day you arrived. VRBO never properly booked you. It was impossible for you to book they stay at our home as we had other guests that had booked months before you. There were zero communication between you and I. I am sorry you had to go through this but unfortunately, this is a common problem with VRBO and I suggest using a different booking sight that doesn't allow for double bookings. I am glad you received your money back and I hope you had a great stay. I wish this wouldn't have happened but this is a VRBO site wide problem.
