This comfortable, stylish loft apartment sits steps away from extensive hiking & biking trails & only a 10-min walk from the cafés, wineries, music, and vibrancy of historic Jacksonville. This is a two-story apartment. Downstairs features an open concept living area and spacious bathroom. Climbing to the loft, you'll find a roomy bedroom upstairs featuring an office space & reading nook with mountain views.
A sturdy built-in ladder with rails leads to the bedroom upstairs.
The kitchen has everything a person needs for cooking a full meal:
—Two-top induction stove top
—Toaster oven/air fryer
—Microwave
—Blender
—Efficient and cute refrigerator/freezer combo
—An assortment of cookware and utensils aims to meet every need!
Coffee:
—A coffee grinder, electric kettle, and french press provide a quality coffee bar.
The kitchen also houses a stacked washer/dryer unit and an ample pantry space.

My day job right now is studying to be speech language pathologist after 8 years as a massage therapist. My sweetie, Dustin, builds houses and kayaks the incredible rivers near us. We met many years ago on the salsa floor, and we've tried to dance in as many beautiful places as possible ever since.

When we built our home in Jacksonville, we wanted to incorporate an apartment to share this wonderful location with travelers. It's peaceful, close to trails, and cute as a button! It's been really great to share with all of the travel nurses and health workers who have stayed so far.

We have an incredible system of trails with access points just five minutes' walk from the front door. In ten minutes, we can be in the sweet downtown with at least four local winery tasting rooms, great local coffee, a couple of fantastic small music venues and an art cafe. In the summer, the world-renowned Britt Music Festival puts on outdoor performances just a ten minute jaunt down the street. It's an incredible spot for people who love their nature with a side of culture -or vice versa!
