Or bike to downtown only about 3 miles away! Feeling adventurous- take the Legacy Bike Trail from within our neighborhood. See a live baseball spring training game at the stadium 15 minutes away. Take a dip in Warm Mineral Springs, just about 20 minutes away! Don't want to cook? There are plenty of restaurants for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner within a 5 minute drive! Even an ice cream parlor you can walk to! Love to see movies? There's a movie theater just up the road! The private pool is cleaned weekly! Complete privacy with a fenced yard.
