Absolute PARADISE!! If you're debating on booking this property, stop debating and book it now before someone else does! The pictures and description don't do this property justice at all! First and foremost, Vera is phenomenal to work with! Great communication and answers any questions almost immediately.The house is huge, the pool is beautiful, and it's only:2-4 minutes from Walmart2-4 minutes from Publix15-20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach (including traffic)Prime location, prime home, prime host!! Our family enjoyed our short stay at this lovely home! We took advantage of the pool, the grill, and the washer & dryer. Super convenient location for us to stay while visiting family in Largo before our cruise left from Tampa!

Wonderful stay

We stayed my husband and I with our 17 year old son at this house. The location was awesome and Vera house was perfect for us. The house was clean and equiped with everything we needed. We enjoyed a few days by the pool to relax and enjoy the sun. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

Perfect house for plenty of ppl. The house was clean & has everything you need except for food of course! 2 living rooms which was nice! The pool was nice & clean. The washer and dryer was a win its self! A garage to park in. I highly recommend and I’ll be staying again! Thank you!!

Peaceful location

We had an amazing time here. The house is in a wonderful, peaceful neighborhood. Only a short drive to beaches, grocery store, and several restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. The pool is a great way to unwind and relax in the evening.

We had an amazing time. Great location, lovely house. Pool was a plus for the kids and adults. Close to shops, stores and restaurants. Beach is right down the road. We loved it. We’ll be back.

There was everything we needed to cook and play at pool and relax. House was very clean The pool company didn’t do anything but dump chemicals in. Pool motor was making noises from water too low. It probably still needs more water still. We added water and cleaned skimmer that was full of leaves after pool company left. They did nothing but put chemicals in. Would not recommend using that company again.

The house was better than the pictures. The Kitchen was well organised and had plenty of dishes. House was spotless everything was clean.I liked two bathrooms with two showers.we traveled from Clearwater to Sarasota for dance events, so Cleawater was an excellent location.We cooked out one time and grill was good abd used pool.Quiet safe neighborhood.Vera the manager was very helpful and returned our inquries quickly.If I had any suggestions I add a grasp bar to showers there is nothing to grap onto if you loose your balance. And while communication with Vera was prompt and friendly, sometimes it felt like it could be ai( artifical intellegence.Im old fashion and like the sound of a real voice. But im in my seventies and I guess were loosing the human touch. Id give the house a 10 and Vera a 10.. And recommend it to anyone.Carl and Idy.

Im originally from the area and came down to spend time with family for Thanksgiving. My only complaint was the pool wasn't heated upon arrival. it was near the end of my stay when I was finally able to connect with the owner (which was not completely their fault due to the busy schedule our family had during the Thanksgiving holiday) I wish there was more lighting in the back yard and I wasn't able to park my crew cab Ford f150 in the garage, they had shelving in the way that would not allow my vehicle to park in the garage but im sure if you had a smaller car like a camry or something of that size it would probably fit. my truck was too long to fit in the garage, but thats all I could possibly complain about. nice house in a quiet area, the beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. besides the pool issue and the garage, it was perfect for what i was looking for. No serious complaints. I would consider renting again

Due to unexpected weather conditions, we temporarily lost the remote control connection to the pool system, and our pool technician was ill at the time. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you for several days to reset the control panel, which delayed the restoration of the heat. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding the garage space. The garage does have shelving that can limit parking for larger trucks, but we’ll make sure this is clearly noted for future guests. We’re very glad to hear that you enjoyed the house, found it clean and comfortable, and liked the quiet neighborhood. You were a wonderful guest, and you are always welcome back anytime.

Renters beware

We reported to the owner that there was an issue with the back sliding door. The owner acknowledged that they were aware of the problem, and that it was scheduled to be replaced after the renter after us. Not a big deal, we just left the door open so we didnt have to fight it (kids and gf couldn’t barely budge it. After we checked out the owner sent us a note claiming we broke the door and is going to bill our credit card. Vrbo was not helpful in resolving the issue, even though i have the messages showing the acknowledged the problem and said there was already a plan to replace it. Credit card charge dispute was our only recourse. You can rent from better owners than this

***BEWARE OF JOHN CURTIS *** John Curtis is, unfortunately, the first dishonest renter that we have had stay at our multiple Florida properties over the past 10+ years. Our patio door handle was fully functional before he moved in, and this was documented. He broke it during his stay and attempted to hide it. Our property management company caught this and sent us pictures/videos, which we provided to John and VRBO. With the provided evidence, it was determined that John did break it and that he is responsible for the damages. Suddenly he became rude and aggressive, submitting false reviews, and attempting a scam via credit card charge dispute. Gladly he documented his unprofessional and intimidating behaviour in his review, and will be reported to VRBO.

Wonderful!

This home really had it all! The listing photos really don’t do it justice! Spacious, very clean, and well stocked with pretty much everything you could need. Our broody teenager had space for herself while our toddler throughly enjoyed the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with quick access to shopping and groceries. A short drive to the beach too!We really felt at home and enjoyed our stay. We hope to return sometime!
