We've combined comfort and style to create the ultimate city living experience. Enjoy peaceful living with lots of amenities and extra surprises! This one bedroom is spacious and inviting. The space
Enjoy a spacious open floor plan within a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This condo is adorned with warm and cozy decor with a very serene and relaxing atmosphere. Guests have state of the art amenities at their finger tips. We've also included a fold out sofa bed for an extra adult guest or 2 smaller children!

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire condo except the utility closet located in the living room. This closet is locked for safety of our guests and exclusively for our maintenance crew in case of emergency.

clean and comfortable stay!

Fantastic stay in this spacious, clean, and quiet apartment! Well stocked kitchen and bathroom and comfy bed. Would love to stay here again in the future :)

Very clean stay

The inside was immaculate, no issues with inside the actual property. The parking was a little tight. Other than that.. Excellent stay👌🏽

Baltimore stay

The only complaint was the parking I’d recommend this for someone taking only one car as the parking pad was too small to fit either of our cars so we ended up having to pay for parking

Thank you for your honest review Elise. We do mention in our listing that the parking pad is within a small alley way and guests should use it w/ discretion. The way the block was built isn't our fault. We wish you would've mentioned how your actual stay in the Condo itself, rather than rate us 3 stars due to something outside of our control such as parking. Nonetheless, we thank you and wish you all the best!

Amazing!

This property is beautiful. I genuinely have no complaints other than the parking. The alley could be labeled better to find it and the space is super small, maybe even reserving a street spot for this property would be my only suggestion. Definitely would stay again!

Lovely Home Away from Home

The photos are exact. Nothing wasn’t thought of for this weekend trip for my 40th birthday. I did exactly what the host doesn’t want you to do….couldn’t get in and left my purse at checkout. It wasn’t a problem to speak with the host during each call. They exercised extreme patience and this doesn’t even speak to the unit itself. So clean and warm. They’ve thought of everything, and then some. This would be my go to place when I come to visit. It was a warm and welcoming birthday at a location with a short walk/drive to find anything I needed.

Graduation weekend.

Beautiful place. Great location! Close to inner harbor and our graduation. Very reasonably priced. The parking was suitable for a small car. There was going to be 2-3 adults for 5 nights. We were given 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 hand towel. There was 1/2 roll of toilet paper. We went to a local store and bought 2 more rolls only using one. Only one person drank the provided k-cups yet only enough for 3 days. Probably rather have toilet paper instead of the complimentary bottle of wine. Getting into the building was a bit of a challenge because, although the lock box was as described, it was no where near the residence and there were at least 10 other lock boxes there also. Very confusing.

Thanks for the review Jennifer. We're sad that you never reached out to us once during your stay to ask for extra toilet tissue. We would've gladly let you know about the extra rolls that were underneath the bathroom cabinet. Also, your booking was only for 2 adults, which is why we left 3 towels, 3 washrags and one hand towel. Your extra guest was NOT included in your booking, nor did you pay the extra cost for 3 adults, so we only prepared the home two. Not to mention, we never charged you for it later either. We let it slide as a courtesy to you. We offer lots of extra complimentary otems for all of our guests as "starter" kit. We thank you for your feedback. We wish you the very best!

To the Rescue

We were able to get these accommodation on short noticeaftet a prior mix-up. The place was as advertised. When we put in our reservations had arranged what we thought was three nights but instead it showed two nights, talked with the owners who were verrry nice and commendatedfor what we need. If it had not been for them the rest of our vacation would have been ruined. They rescued us by going to the next level of CUSTOMER SERVICE for us without a second thought. I'm very upset that VRBO doesn't have a policy to vet properties to make sure that they are still available once they have been rented. We had the situation where we rented the property on June 26th and arrived on August 11th only to find that the place Wes no longer available to anyone the sends me and email as we were checking in to to say my bad the property was no longer available for rent, what kind of dam business is that?

Modern, clean, safe

Overall, this is a great stay in a great neighborhood. The off-site parking is a plus but not for drivers faint of heart. The alley is tight, which makes for a lot of maneuvering. I had a Forester, which fit fine but nothing bigger would likely work. On street parking, on both sides since it is a one-way, is hit or miss but available. The place is well-equipped and stocked, with extra toiletries, towels, and everything you need in a kitchen. They were super responsive (less than 10 min!) and very grateful I reached out with a Wi-Fi issue. It was rectified immediately. Overall I was delighted with my choice of facilities - and loved the historic neighborhood too. Neighbors in the same building are incredibly friendly! Would definitely stay again. My only improvement suggestion would be to give clearer direction on which lock box goes to the unit: it is very confusing with all the lock boxes on the outside. Maybe a colorful ribbon or bright colored sticker to indicate which one? The directions tell you which one but it could be easier.
