Our ground floor, 1 bedroom condo can sleep up to 6 people in 3 beds. You have access to the entire condo, and in the warmer months, the shared outdoor grills, picnic tables, etc. For security, we have an outdoor camera at the front door/entrance and a noise decibel monitoring device.

We are located on Sunday River Rd. between Sunday River Brewing Company and the ski resort! The classic New England village of Bethel offers all of the tourism amenities of a quality 4 season mountain town with shops, grocery stores, farm to table restaurants, bars, and more. Our condo is only minutes away from Carter's Cross Country Ski center; one of Maine's best!
