Great location. House was perfect. And having a hot tub and a pool…… makes for the perfect getaway. Very relaxing and host was very accommodating and quick to communicate with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our week in this lovely home. It was spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the beautiful local art on the walls and the welcoming back yard with hot tub, fire pit and pool. David was very responsive and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable

Home was larger than I expected. Easily fit 5 adults. Home was clean with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was a bonus! Neighborhood was very quiet.

Quiet Neighborhood/Great location

The listing accurately represented the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was in a great spot to go to a variety of locations, i.e. St. Pete’s Beach, St. Pete’s Pier, Madeira Beach, Tropicana Field, Clearwater Beach, and James Raymond Stadium. If we were to be in the area again in the future, we would consider renting this place again.

Perfect place for myself, my husband, and 2 kids. The kids were obsessed with the pool and swam nonstop. The property manager was great and quick to respond to any questions we had. Don’t hesitate on this property!

St Pete House

This house has many great amenities, including a large pool, hot tub and grill. My family and I had a wonderful time at this house while vacationing in St Petersberg. The neighborhood is safe, and close to many activities and necessities. There is a short drive to the beaches, but you are close to downtown St Pete and many attractions on the East side. Our host David, communicated very well with us through out our trip. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a chill weekend centralized around everything

Location was great area for our weekend at the reggae rise up festival. Had 3 couples stay. One room had 2 twin beds, but comfortable and clean. Hot tub was perfect for the end of the day. Looked newly remodeled but still had some cosmetic issues they need to attend to, but didn't affect the comfort of stay at all. Beautiful private backyard with grill and all the kitchen tools for a great daily cooking. Great central location to all beaches and downtown.. very quiet neighborhood for a great night sleep.

Great Property!

A few girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend visiting friends nearby and we loved our stay. The house was VERY spacious, clean, beautiful and updated. Large backyard with a great set up. I wish we stayed longer to utilize the pool amenities more. The master bed was very comfortable which made our sleeping arrangements so much better. We also loved the bathroom design and layout, perfect for a group of girls needing space to get ready :) Location was pretty centralized, short drive (15-20 minutes) to beach and downtown. We hope to stay again on our next visit. And thank you to our host David for being so communicative and helpful.

Mixed review

Pros: The home itself was clean and furnished nicely. Neighborhood was quiet in evenings as well. Beds were very comfortable, probably best we've had at a rental. Pool and hot tub were great additions as well and seemed clean. Home was adequately stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry, and beach towels. Cons: Communication with host was poor and underwhelming. Prob because host was involved in other properties. When any issues/questions arose we were left to figure it out on our own. Things like a front door lock not working or simply the ability to utilize a bathtub which was not working properly. No care to even ask what the problems were on the part of the host. Really left a bad taste in our mouths and shame because we enjoyed the home otherwise.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This house is a perfect little island oasis that I lived in for a year and a half. I planted palm trees in the backyard and installed a hot tub next to the pool to make it the perfect little getaway. I now have moved on to a new home, but want to share what I built with others. All of the art in the home is from local St Pete artists to give it a real St Pete feel. It's close to the Bach and downtown as well as Tampa to make it a very convenient stay no matter what you want to do while you're here!
