The villa is a highly favoured and private villa located on the hillside of Pointe Milou. It offers a simply stunning ocean view from all the rooms. Guests enjoy the spacious white villa with a pool, its complete privacy and the size of the estate.
The space
The Villa is a spacious, breezy villa with amazing views, large open spaces, a wonderful pool and pool deck. Full kitchen and ground lounge and living areas. Great for couples or families.
This space works for couples, groups and families. It is a lot of space for one couple...but that's the beauty of it...relax...spread out...cook in...
Pointe Milou is very safe and quiet. No traffic, no loud scooters or planes... just the sound of the sea and the waves.
Four air conditioned bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom with shower. Ocean views in all bedrooms. The villa includes a pool, decks, terraces, patio, and inside and outside living areas...
Villa can also be rented with villa next door to offer a six-bedroom estate option.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and terrace and opens to the living room.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, with a private terrace.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, with a private terrace.
Bedroom 4 has a queen bed as well.

La Pointe Milou is a private community located between Lorient and Marigot. It is one of the most requested locations for villas to rent on the island. "La Pointe Milou" is one of the best places of Saint Barth for the jogging.
Although a car is an island necessity, the house is within a short hike of the Christopher hotel and its famous Taino and Mango restaurants, and a short drive from Lorient, Marigot, St. Jean and the island's many famous beaches.
