This recently remodeled space is unique and cozy for your up north getaway. A quick walk and you will find our local coffee shop and dining options, the Jordan river and lake access along with beautiful hiking trails are just a short drive away!

Great home base if you’re up north to snowboard. Very clean and cozy. Lots of room. The kitchen was great! Helped us save some money on not having to eat out for every meal.

Overall, an enjoyable stay. A good location, very clean. Very comfortable bed. A bit noisy in the morning and evening due to trucks traveling on Main Street.

Cute apartment! We were just passing through the area so it was a quick one night stay but perfect for what we needed. A few shops within walking distance, beautiful marina a block away and the Foundry/Iron Goat coffee shop across the street. The mattress was pretty firm, but apartment was clean and comfortable. It is an upstairs apartment so lots of steps, it’s also on a busy street so can be noisy at times. Overall, a great place for what we needed it for!

Stayed for a conference at Boyne resort. First time in East Jordan. Clean and comfortable. Foundry restaurant has great food.

Under the Radar Area of Michigan

My husband and I drove up to the Charlevoix area to participate in Antiques Roadshow which was being held at Castle Farms, located midway between Charlevoix and East Jordan. This apartment was convenient for our purposes. It was in a quiet little town, within a block of the Foundry for dinner and the South Arm Cafe for breakfast. Parking was also convenient as we were able to park right in front of the apartment in the evenings. We were gone during the day so did not interfere with parking for local businesses. We had never been to this area of Michigan before and found it very beautiful. We hope to return.

Very clean & welcoming. Has a nice charm. Felt my options of selecting this apartment over a hotel was definitely a better decision. Everything I needed as if I were home. Easy booking, check in & out. Would definitely rebook again at this location!

Excellent location

Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for place to stay in the area. It was just a short walk away from the coffee shop, restaurant and the band that played in the park on Friday. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating and we appreciated everything! Thanks!!

This listing was exactly as listed. Very easy check in. It was clean and close to the Jordan Valley Barn where my daughter got married. I would stay here again.

it was a very clean, comfortable and spacious above store apartment. we had a good home base for our activities at Boyne mtn. and Petoskey. The kitchen was complete with stove, microwave, coffee maker ,refrigerator, pots , and pans and plates and silverware. The bedroom was cozy! and comfy. Very nice

Beautiful Condo

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed when staying there for a wedding. It is all redone above a store in downtown. The only negative thing I could say was there was 22 steps to get into the condo. We are elderly so that was hard but we made do. I would recommend this place to stay as very nice.

The property was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We had a wedding in Charlevoix and it was a very convenient spot to get to either Charlevoix and Boyne. Located right downtown East Jordan, it was perfect walking distance to a two bars and a coffee shop.

It was a great place, without H Vac in the building I know the portable ac is necessary, lil noisy, maybe a couple of towel hooks in bathroom, door & wall, everyone should be made aware that it is 22 steps up…parking was easy even with a boat in tow, had a great time up in the north country!!!

Staying to meet up with friends in town

We booked this location to meet up with some friends that had a condo in East Jordan on the water, so we really only used the apartment for sleeping and were gone almost all day. There are three issues that we had. The first is that the bed feels quite hard. It may be more comfortable with a foam bed topper. Second, the air condition in the unit is from an in unit AC unit that kept the bedroom cool, but the rest of the apartment was much warmer. There needs to be a better solution for cooling in the living area of the apartment which was very large. Lastly, we didn't find the furniture very comfortable in the living room. When we got up in the morning, before leaving for the day, we would lounge in the living room, enjoying coffee and bagels. My wife couldn't really find a comfortable place to sit. The couch is quite firm.The layout is excellent, and there is plenty of room for two people here. You could spend time making a gourmet meal in the kitchen because the island is huge and there is plenty of space to prepare a meal. The bathroom isn't going to fit two people at once, but it was adequate. The bedroom closet is more than enough space to put your clothes and the nightstands and lights were very nice in the bedroom.
