Spacious home for family and friends, 10 minutes to Boyne mtn!

THANK YOU for your interest in our vacation property. This comfortable , fully functioning home is the perfect place for your northern Michigan getaway. We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is just steps away from avalanche natural preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short ten minute drive. We are centrally located. The property does have security cameras located at the front door, carport and living room patio. We also live near the rental should you have any questions/ concerns during your stay.
This three bedroom, two bath home will fit all your vacation needs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bathroom, walk in closet with storage and a 42 in Roku television. The two additional bedrooms both have queen beds ( one with a memory foam and one with a standard mattress) and closets with storage. All bedrooms have extra linens /blankets.
Feel at home and enjoy the 56 in Roku television in the living room. We offer Hulu, Disney + and espn, this is signed in and ready to go on both tvs. The sofa sectional also converts to a sofa sleeper that could sleep one additional adult comfortably. Our fully functioning kitchen can serve all of your cooking needs. The main bathroom has a shower/ tub, washer/ dryer, linens and a multitude of toiletries should you need anything during your stay. The property has two small patios, on off the master bedroom and the other off the living room, a cozy outside sitting area with a smokeless fire pit and outdoor lighting. There is a carport for one car and up to two additional along side, additional parking is available upon request for boats/ trailers.
