Mountain Oasis Home with Pool- Pet friendly

Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a romantic getaway you will find a true sense of balance and harmony in our home.
Hemet is where desert landscapes meet the San Jacinto Mountains with breathtaking sunset and tranquil atmosphere.

House Rules:
NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS OR GATHERINGS of any kind will be tolerated.
Always keep gates closed day and night

Max occupancy is 11 people. NO ADDITIONAL Guest
Please respect our neighbors by not playing loud music/noise between
10:00pm-7:00am
Respect Pool Hours: 7am- to 10:00pm and All Pool Rules (Pool is NOT Heated)

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOME—Smoking is allowed only in the back of the house. Dispose trash/ Cigarette left over accordingly and not on the floor or inside the pool.
A $100.00 fee will be applied if smell or traces are found inside our home.

Pets: There is a $100 non refundable pet fee per reservation.
**No more than 2 dogs are allowed per reservation
**Pets are never to be left alone in the house or locked in a room.
**Pets are to be well behaved and kept on a leash while taken for a walk.
**Please use the designated area for their needs and clean up after them.
Check in time is 3:00pm
Check out time is 10:00am sharp (cleaning crew will arrive exactly at 10:00am)
Parking: 4 car parking spaces are provided 2 small inside the garage and 2 in drive way.
Wash your dishes & Kitchen wear
Air conditioners/ Heaters must be turned off when not in the house
Do not move any of the Televisions, cables or furniture around the house (It is heavy you will get hurt)
Cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink cabinets.
Do not use too much detergent/ softener on the washer (it is high efficiency)
Leave unused beds made so housekeeping is aware they are clean
Please throw away all opened containers and leave nothing inside the refrigerator
* unopened/unexpired items are ok.
Take out and dispose all trash accordingly
Regular trash BLACK BIN
When leaving during the day please make sure to lock back and front doors.

Exceptional value

Staying here was perfect. 6 of us came to stay and surprise my Mom for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect. We had plenty of space, we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner. We did leave a couple kitchen items we purchased for the house. The front door lock was tricky the first night, but otherwise a perfect visit. Angel has done a very good job setting this home up for VRBO type usage. The difference for us was having a single, spacious place to hang out rather than 3 hotel rooms and having to gather in public areas of a hotel. This was so much better and we will be back.

The pool and yard were great. Took pictures of some broken or unclean areas. Unable to send to host. Host became unkind and accused us of the problem areas and said we urine stained his mattresses which was totally not true.

Exceptional home! Highly recommend!

Me and two others stayed here and it had everything we needed. Super clean, great amenities, fun games to play, comfy beds, and the outdoor backyard was definitely our favorite part.

We enjoyed our stay. Host was good. Home was neat, clean and well appointed with extras like shower supplies, kids toys and kitchen needs. The backyard is very comfortable and a nice place to gather for our family get together! My only suggestion would be to more accurately describe the neighborhood (which is less than nice but not really a factor in our stay) and the bbq issue should have been addressed with more than an, “l’m sorry.” It really was a situation that required more attention although we worked it out and all was well. Loved that extra propane was on site! 👍 Overall, a very pleasant property for our family needs.

Beautiful home/views

The home is exactly as shown on the website. If you like to play games, there was a wide assortment to choose from, including the giant Connect 4 on the patio. The views of the mountains with the snow on them was stunning. We will keep this home in mind for our next family visit.

Angel, the host, was very accommodating. My husband is disabled and they made furniture arrangements to accommodate us. He even mailed me my charger I left at the house. I highly recommend.

Quick Trip

We came to town to watch our son play football, this was a central location for us and easily navigated to. Beds were cozy and all the games were awesome! Loved the nesspresso machine!

Amazing Backyard for Entertainment!

The backyard is beautifully set up with ample seating and lots of activities/games. Very cute & stylish furnishings. Lots of dishware to make the stay accommodating. The only negative was the AC system being controlled by the owner during our first night. The upstairs bedrooms were over 80 degrees with no fans or air circulation. Slept with a wet towel on (so basically no sleep). Had to request to remove that air lock. Other than that, enjoyed our stay overall.

Not just a place to sleep!

For years we would cram ourselves into tiny hotel room when visiting family. Cram no more! This was the perfect house to stay in while visiting all of the grandpa and grandmas of Hemet. The beds were comfortable (the bonus twin roll away bed was a bonus for the kids as they didn’t have to share a bed); the house was clean; the pool was refreshing (and super clean the day after pool day); the equipment/technology worked- it was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed it. It was the first time we actually spent an equal amount of time at the house as we did outside of it. Thanks for having a great house in a great location for a great price. Unless the price goes up, we will be staying here anytime we come to visit. Thanks again!

This Mountain in Oasis is beautiful! It was clean, safe, bright and spacious. It provided us with the indoor and outdoor space to relax and ponder life's joys. Two car garage was great and clean ;two and a half bathrooms were much appreciated with our family. If we ever return to Hemet, this will be our first choice. Way better than a hotel or any other rental home we've stayed at in California. Thank you so much for being our home away from home.
