The Space:
This private owner's suite has all the luxuries of a standard hotel room with the added features of a pullout sleeper sofa, a stackable washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. Nine-foot floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with a table, chairs, and lounge furniture. This unit is the perfect escape in the ultimate location on the Fort Lauderdale Beach strip. Sitting directly on A1A and across the street from the beach, the hotel is right in the heart of beachfront shops, dining, and nightlife. Please note that the entire building, including the exterior balconies, are non-smoking.

POOL ACCESSS:
Guest only have access to the residential pool. Access to the Wet East Pool area is not available for guest use. For your guests wishing to access Wet East, a day pass from the hotel if interested please let us know and we can provide that information. (The cost of the day pass is $125 per person. Subject to Availability)

Maximum occupancy limits apply to children and adults 13 and over. Children 12 and under do not count toward the maximum occupancy per city code. Guests who do not follow or abuse the above occupancy limits (i.e. occupants 13 and over exceeding max occupancy as set in the listing) will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued due to breach of rental rules and regulations as set fourth in the rental agreement

Guests must submit an ID to us, and the hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule

✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.

Guest Access:
Guests are renting a private condo in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available throughout the hotel as well as the private Residential pool. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.

If ecotourism is your interest visit Everglades National Park where you can view the wildlife (and feed marshmallows to alligators). Seminole Hard Rock Casino, where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining, is less than thirty minutes away.

Overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and warm golden sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach, this unit is in the heart of all the action. The boardwalk is lined with shops, restaurants, and more. Las Olas Blvd, where guests can find more upscale shopping, dining, and nightlife, is only a mile away. There are multiple fishing charters, bike rentals, beach volleyball, water sport rentals and more right outside your front door.

Excellent property and location

We stayed here for about 2 weeks. Loved every minute of it. Place was spacious for the 4 of us, clean and ideally located. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back.

I recently stayed at this condo and found that the unit showed a bit of wear and tear, but its location was fantastic, offering great convenience. The host's communication was excellent from the start, which I appreciated. However, one disappointment was the ongoing construction - the was scaffolding on both sides of the balcony, despite the online listing indicating that the construction would be completed before our arrival. The host offered a nice touch with providing beach toys, floats, balls, and chairs. I had an overall positive experience during my stay.

Great location

This property is in a great location and the amenities at the W are great. I stay at VRBO places multiple times a year, so with higher end ones, I have expectations. This condo would be perfect except for a few things. If it was only one small thing it would be no big deal, but all of them create a problem. And all of them can be fixed by the property owner. The list: No salt/pepper or anything for cooking (people usually leave random things -oil, sugar etc). Here was zero. There were no cookie pans. The water in the second shower has no pressure. The master bedroom’s king bed had a Queen comforter inside a king duvet that was ripped. As if the people sleeping would not notice. The couch is very uncomfortable and cream is a bad color because is looks dingy. There is no light switch for the shower in the master bedroom so you shower in the dark. Again, all of these things can be fixed and make it perfect. We did enjoy ourselves and had a good time.
