Nicely Updated Beachfront 2BR (Sleeps 8) With ocean view and convenient parking.

Ground floor 2Br Condo that sleeps 8. Beautiful Beach view from the back and convenient parking near the front door. There is King bed in the Master and two beds in the second bedroom (a queen and a double). Fully updated and stocked kitchen. Two full bathrooms and washer/dryer. There are HD TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with basic cable. Newly updated wifi with speeds of 500mb download speeds.

Conveniently located on the less congested east end of the beach. Conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. There are only 30 units in the complex so there is plenty of room at the pool (on the back deck area) and on the beach. In addition to the pool, the back deck has ample seating, grills, and beautiful views.

This Condo is in a great location and we love it and hope you will, too.

Great Spring Break Location

This was the perfect location for my Spring Break-loving high schoolers! The apartment has everything you need for cooking! I loved having access to a washer/dryer. All my stuff we brought home was washed and ready to be put away. Lots of things to do in the area, but relatively calm. We walked to Pineapple Willie's at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Loved that the unit was on the ground floor and the beach was right out the back door!The place was decently clean, which is why i can not fathom why you would leave up nasty mildew stained shower curtains in both bathrooms especially since they are relatively cheap to replace.Please get a rug for the back door it would go along way in keeping the sand out, the tiny matt outside the door was not efficient.Also i personally found it insulting that you would only leave a small amount of very very cheap and crappy toilet paper and paper towels, as much as we are paying for this place i would think you could do a little better.The couches are disgustingly dirty needs replacing or deep cleaning. And why in the world do I have to take out the garbage and remove the linens from all beds AND pay a cleaning fee?

Thanks for letting us know about the issues you found with our condo. I will have the shower curtains addressed and communicate with our cleaning crew to make sure this is dealt with before it becomes an issue in the future. As stated in our listing, only starter supplies are provided.... this is so you have something available, if needed, until you can make it to a store. The furniture is less than two years old is cleaned on a regular basis. I will take a look at the furniture and either clean or replace it, as needed. Battling the stains from sunscreen is a never ending battle at the beach. You are not required to do any of the things on our checkout checklist. It is a courtesy request to help faciltate the turnover process between guests and is a standard practice in vacation rentals.

The area is much less congested than a lot of Panama City Beach and the Guld Coast, in general. Nice quiet beach front setting close to St. Andrews State park and the marinas. If you want to go to pier park, it is only 8 miles away. So many nearby attractions to choose from.

This property is all about convenience. It is located in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants and activities. You can park near the front door..... ground floor makes carrying things in and out a breeze. The pool and beach access are right out the back door. And you have an amazing gulf view to top it off. We were hooked after one visit to the property.
