Este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños espera ansiosamente su llegada. Perfectamente ubicado a solo unos pasos de la arena con una majestuosa vista al mar desde el piso 17. ¡Es una unidad final ubicada en el extremo oeste del edificio con una vista despejada de la puesta de sol!

Emerald Isle se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, a pocos minutos de Pier Park. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal. Cama matrimonial en el segundo dormitorio. Tamaño de sofá cama en el salón. Tanto el dormitorio principal y el salón tienen vistas al océano. Cocina totalmente equipada. TV y reproductores de DVD en todas las habitaciones. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived, but we contacted Helen, and she had it taken care of very quickly. The condo is great, and the views were amazing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good trip, had a few issues with the elevators, but nothing major. Also, the wifi wasn't as good as it has been, we had to connect to it every time we left and came back. But overall we had a great time. Hope to see you next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all main restaurants and attractions. Resort was in good shape and unit was clean and well stocked with everything you need to get you by for a few days. Guest bedroom could stand to be updated some but wasn’t at all bad. End unit is nice and views were great. Host is wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Reclining couches were a big plus.

Relaxing stay overlooking the ocean. We were able to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays, jelly fish, large groups of fish and even an eagle! Condo had everything we needed.

Helen Phillips is great to work with. She makes everything easy and is available if needed. We loved the location. Such a beautiful view! Beach service was outstanding. Will definitely visit again.

Great location

The condo was really clean and great location. The beach view was awesome. Didn’t have any issues. Maybe just upgrade the tvs to smart tvs but other than that the kids had their phones and they would use that. Very happy with our stay.

My husband and I stayed in this condo with another couple at the beginning of the Summer and couldn't have enjoyed it more! Everything is updated and clean and felt so much nicer than any other beach condo I've stayed in. The beds were so comfy and the deck overlooking the ocean was a fabulous spot to enjoy our evenings. The owner provided us with so many little necessities for our stay as well. Different toiletries, stocked kitchen, and plenty of linens. The owner was also available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location...right on the beach!

We had a great stay the first week of April. The weather was 80 and sunny the first weekend and we experienced beautiful sunsets on the large balcony. Even on the cooler days we enjoyed the steam room and hot tub. My boys (husband and 18 year old) made good use of the work out room! The indoor/outdoor pool is heated so that is a bonus. We loved being a few miles away from the busy section of Panama City beach...yet plenty of shops to walk to (donut and icecream shop, grocery store, Alvins beach store, Seafood restaurant, etc). Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Spring Break 2023

The condo was as shown in the pictures. We had everything needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The property was very nice. Loved the chair and umbrella that came with our rental. The pools were great. Elevators ran pretty fast. Drove to the other end of PCB a couple times to eat. Our end was a lot calmer and quieter. Helen was great to communicate with. Great Spring Break with family!!

Annual Memorial Day Weekend Trip

We had a great time at this condo! Helen was great at responding to our questions and the condo was better than advertised! The beach location was great and the staff was helpful and friendly! Even met some great permanent tenets who were very friendly as well. Best thing about it was that the view was spectacular! Only thing I would have done differently and would recommend is bring your own paper towels, plates, toilet tissue, and laundry detergent. And parking was a little hard to find and get into when parking in the main building but you can park across the street in the parking garage and all is well. Overall I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent Views of the Gulf

I have to say that the views were excellent from this unit! My family with our 4 kids stay in a condo in PCB every year, and unfortunately I have to say that this was my least favorite. Main complaints: many blown light bulbs, no pillowcases for extra pillows for sleeper sofa, Master bed mattress is SUPER firm, and tile floors made everyone's feet completely black, so I expect that housekeeping has been cutting corners, despite the $125 cleaning fee. On a good note, pools and grills were nice. Manager was quick to communicate with for any needs/complaints.

It displeases me that your stay did not meet your expectations. I do recall speaking with you on the telephone. I offered to send housekeeping to reclean the floors. I never heard from you on the first day. Reached out to you on the second day and you declined the offer. I had housekeeping check all the bulbs after your departure. The only bulb blown was the balcony light. I would have been more than happy to address your dissatisfaction with the unit but was not given the opportunity. As you can see from other reviews of past guests my housekeeping staff does an excellent job of cleaning (they don't cut corners) and I go above and beyond to accommodate my guests.

Location is Good But..

Condo location is good, the view is good and neighbor is quiet. The building is clean and good condition but room for improvement. Condo was not clean upon arrival. Linens and towels were dirty general cleanliness not good. Some basic kitchen utensils missing and some were old or not in a good condition. Short distance to the beach paid the rental. Owner or property manager should take more attention to the condo for the rental price.

I’d like to take the opportunity to set the record straight. My very detailed welcome email clearly states to contact me with any and all issues as soon as you arrive. We strive to provide exceptional accommodations. If you are not satisfied simply reach out. You did just that and housekeeping arrived prepared to take care of your issues. Upon arrival your wife informed the housekeeper that all was well. The only issue was in front of the refrigerator where the ice maker had been serviced. Housekeeper also had an entire set of new linens that were also refused. Wife said everything was fine. I do apologize if the unit did not meet your expectations but our past history clearly differs from yours with multiple 5 star reviews. Our mission is to provide a comfortable, clean, relaxing place to enjoy paradise. We are only a phone call away!

Beautiful spot with easy access to beach, pools, grill, and your car.

This was our first trip to the area and this condo was great. The views were amazing. From the balcony, we could see sting ray swimming in the water below. The pools were nice and well maintained. There were grills in the common area that were easy to use. Your car is parked right below the condo and had easy access. The condo itself felt spacious and was in good shape. Beds were a bit on the hard side for our liking. The chair service (cushions and umbrellas) gets shut down at 5 pm. We would have loved to stay out there longer with the comforts - but this appears to be the norm across all the resorts on this beach. We will most likely come back and would be happy to come back to this exact unit again.

Excellent!!!!

Positives - the view was wonderful and even though we were on the 17th floor you could still hear the ocean waves. The condo was clean, and had beach chairs and skim boards. Very convenient. Since there were no complexes on either side it made our beach A LOT less crowded. Down about 1/4 mile the beaches were so crowded. We were there over 4th of July and we could see fire works from the pier and all up and down the beach, it was incredible. Negatives - the complex did not really offer any amenities, the pools were small, but we didn't use them. The parking is very limited. They do have parking across the street and a sky walk over the main street which was helpful. I would highly recommend this condo and this area at PCB.

Amazing Balcony View

The balcony view is beautiful! The unit is beautifully furnished and generously spacious in the bathrooms and with closet space. It's time to replace the pullout couch as a couch, the cushions have been smashed flat. Catching the office open to get our parking pass and identifications tags was a challenge. We arrived at 3 prior to check-in time but she was already gone for the day. The next day was the same. The next day we tried early in the morning and had to return later but finally caught her. Slightly frustrating chasing down this administrative task while on vacation, but now we know. Very much enjoyed the beach chairs. The man providing this service was extremely helpful throughout our time on the beach, making adjustments to keep us in the shade. Very nice!!! Helen is a great property manager and always responsive to any request.

Fabulous View

This unit is on the end of the hall which means the view of the sunset from the balcony is unobstructed and delightfully breezy. It also means the second bedroom's window doesn't face the outdoor hallway. It actually has an ocean view and is just as large as the first bedroom. There was a lot of cookware available which is not always the case with rentals, however, it needs a couple of mixing/serving bowls and trays for those who plan to cook. The beds were comfortable, the elevators were speedy, and at this time of year there was plenty of space available on the first row of beach chairs which were first come first served. The tvs were all flatscreens and easy to use with lots of available channels. Wifi was good as well. There were six sets of towels and extra hot pads for the oven. The drapes are heavy for those who like a darker room for sleeping in. It's probably time to refresh the paint, but that's a minor point. This is a nice unit and we would definitely return to enjoy all of the comforts it has to offer.

Fabulous place!

We LOVED this condo! We have stayed in many different gulf coast condos in Alabama and Florida over the years and this was BY FAR one of the best. View of Gulf from 17th floor was spectacular. Condo was clean, well equipped, and amenities updated. Two pools, hot tub, grills, everything you could want. Close to everything in the city. Went snorkeling about 30 minutes away at Shell Island. Two beach chairs with cushions and umbrella were provided; really helped not having to lug chairs and umbrellas down to beach everyday! I have to tell you, we are thinking about booking this place again next year. The owner is super easy to get ahold of if any issues arise. We were missing the blanket for the sofa bed, I'm sure this was a housekeeping issue, but Helen brought us over extra blankets as soon as she heard the blanket was missing. The only other issue was had was the shower heads didn't have alot of water pressure, but honestly, if that is the only thing I have to complain about, I'm a happy customer. Really, this seems to be an issue in alot of condos along the Alabama/Florida coast. Lots of security on premises, very friendly and courteous. I can't say enough good things about this place. You will love it too!
