This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Reflections unit #211 is located at 4100 Marriott Drive on St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach. The 2nd floor unit overlooks the large, resort-style swimming pool (round section is heated to a comfortable 85-degrees year-round!) and has views of St. Andrew's Bay. You can enjoy the hot tub and relax on the spacious sundeck. Reflections also has cabanas and BBQ grills for guest use, is home to Serenity Spa, and is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, the Bay Point Golf Course, brand new Bay Point Marina, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.

This beautiful condo offers almost 1,500 square feet of bayfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating just updated in 2023 with pool and bay views, and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom is also bayfront and has its own private ensuite with a king bed, NEW large walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and another full bathroom with NEW bathtub. Living room and bedrooms all have Smart TVs with cable. The unit has a full-sized washing machine and dryer. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

Needs work

I was not advised of the improvements being made to the property and the noise starting early in the morning and all the dust and debris that came with it. Also, was not made aware of the gnats by the pool. Was bitten up several times. Probably have, without exaggeration, 200 bite marks on my arms and legs. But, going back to the construction. If I had known that such noise and dust was there, I never would have rented this condominium. Sorry, you wanted an honest response, you got an honest response. Otherwise, the accommodations were fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room and resort itself was amazing and beautiful. The big issue that we had was the cleanliness of the pool. It rained pretty heavy a couple times during our stay. However, there seemed to be no urgency to get the pool cleaned after those storms. We even went into the pool one day after a storm and came across two dead frogs floating around in the pool. We have stayed at this resort multiple times and this has been the first year where there has been issues with the cleanliness of the pool.

My Favorite Place to Stay

This was my second stay in this unit. Such a greaylt place. Everything is clean and well maintained. I love the balcony in the morning for coffee.

Great condo for a family or couples

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reflections is a great condo property tucked away in Bay Point, so there’s no crowds like they have over on the beach. It is on the water just off the beach and overlooks a huge resort type pool with zero entries. I live next door and rented this unit for my granddaughter and her family and this is the second time they’ve been in this particular unit. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had plenty of space and privacy. Unit 211 is their favorite and they’ve stayed in several other units in the building. It’s very well maintained and had everything they needed. This property is also close to plenty of activities and restaurants. They enjoyed the pirate ship, wonderworks, the trampolines, and go carts, like most of the families with small children. They have their very favorite restaurants that are nearby like Grand Marlin and J Michael’s. The best part of it all for me was the ease of reserving and the service from Southern Coast Vacation Rentals. This company is owned and managed by local people. They make sure everything is perfect before it’s rented and and always tell me that if we needed anything to please let them know. Since we started renting through them, we have never gone back to the large rental agencies. The only thing my family didn’t care for, was the fact that they had to leave!

I'd stay here again. Great condo and facility

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet except for one night for about 30 minutes after 11:30 pm there were some young kids running on the balcony. They stopped once they saw me open the door. I loved the pool and hot tub. Clean everywhere and the surrounding golf course made for a great path to run. I wish I could have walked to the beach, but I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
