The property is exactly as described and it was super reassuring to have XiaoWen so responsive. The property was immaculate and check in and out was super easy and seamless. We had plenty of fresh towels and kitchen was fully equipped. The location was perfect and the free parking meant we had one less thing to worry about. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend!! Thank you Xiao Wen for being a great host!

Location was incredible for my georgetown reunion. 2 blocks from the medical center and a quiet, safe neighborhood. convenient to everything.

Very clean suite with great communication from the host. Excellent location in Georgetown that is very close to the university. Private parking available as well which is very convenient and rare in the city! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This property was outstanding. Not a typcial half-basement, but a very roomy full basement, just as pictured. It was very clean, a well-equipped kitchen, and extremely responsive host. Easy parking by the door. We will definitely be returning here for our next stay in Washington.

We appreciate arriving at a rental and having everything as expected, and even better! The living space and bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. The parking spaces were an extra bonus in a city! This property is perfectly located for anyone visiting any of the many Georgetown sights but for us, it gave us peace of mind, relaxation and a comfortable place to be while our husbands had major surgery at MedStar Georgetown Hospital. We will certainly recommend it to our transplant communities.

Very nice unit, with parking off the alley in the back, which is invaluable in Georgetown. Everything clean. Beds were comfortable. Gracious, friendly and accommodating hostess. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was expecting to find a queen size bed or pull-out sofa in the common area, as advertised, but there was none. Instead there was an inflatable mattress in a closet. Not quite the same. But I still highly recommend this place.

When we arrived there was a strong fish odor plus dirt on the floors. It was a little chilly at night and unable to adjust the heat. Overall we were pleased with the rooms and location.

This was a very pleasant and convenient apartment!

Roomy, clean, pleasant. The locked parking area with room for two cars was added bonus. It doubled as a safe dog yard in between dog walks. We had a little trouble with the door lock at first, but the host answered emails very quickly. Also, if you want a real kitchen, there isn’t one. You might not realize it because there is a nice kitchen area with everything but a real oven or stove. The hosts provide all kinds of other ways to cook food and make hot water or coffee though.

Simply WOW! In a GREAT location and within an enjoyable 15 minute walk to the heart of Georgetown shops, restaurants, and more! The townhome has easily accessible private and secure parking as well as a full kitchen, bath, and two ample bedrooms. The host provided two blow-up queen sized mattresses and blankets/pillows guests can set up in the great room for additional bedding. Our daughter LOVED the blow up mattress and slept in it instead of the comfortable bed! We thoroughly enjoyed Georgetown's nightlife and had breakfast at a cafe downtown. Also, we took a private DC tour of the monuments, White House, Capital Hill, the memorials, etc. at night and it was phenomenal! The host communicated very well throughout our visit and was very cordial. EXCELLENT!

Easy off-street parking, clean well-kept property, free WiFi, and coffee included in the kitchen! We had an enjoyable stay in DC. This residence provided a comfortable and convenient home base for attending a wedding at Georgetown University as well as touring the DC sights and museums.

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Easy walk to GU. free off-street parking. 2 comfortable beds (and they added a blow up mattress when we had 2 extra coming in our party), everything you need to cook meals at home, and the host was a great communicator and super accommodating. More updated than a lot of the short term rentals around. Washer/dryer and all the soap, pods, paper towels etc. Just come and enjoy! Would definitely stay again. Already looking at their availability for this trip next year.
