LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!! Endless Summer is a waterfront condo with amazing views and a private dock, perfectly located on popular Pine Avenue- walking distance to the beach, Anna Maria City Pier, an abundance of fabulous restaurants, and lots of shopping.

New LVP flooring installed December 2022! This 2 bedroom/1 bath condo is on the 2nd story (no condo above) providing amazing views of the gulf canal, from both the den and dining area. The dock, viewable from the condo, is only steps away and is great for launching kayaks, fishing, or even temporarily docking a jet ski (no trailer parking permitted on-site), with having direct access to the gulf. If you don’t feel like driving and want to get out and explore the island, take the free trolley, with a stop right outside your condo, that travels up and down the breathtaking 7-mile island (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, & Bradenton Beach), with amble stops along the way. Whether you want to escape the cold winters, fish, relax on the beach, or eat great food, you won’t regret your stay at Endless Summer!

Just perfect!

Clean, lovely decor, quiet and with a pretty view too! Property offered more than we were aware of...every detail has been thought of. Great location too! We were very happy to be at "Endless Summer" and wish our stay on AMI could have been just that...endless. Stay here, you'll like it!

A beautiful view

The view from the condo is very pretty. We loved our stay at Endless Summer. It is very comfortable and in a great location. The weather wasn't very warm for most of the week, but we had a nice time with long walks on beaches and visiting the aquarium, and some kayaking. We really enjoyed a visit to Tampa Electric for Manatee viewing (a wonderful cold weather activity). We had a great week and appreciate the considerate and responsive owners! Thank you Eric and Kaci

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this adorable place on Anna Maria! This home was a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway. It was especially nice to have the many conveniences of home since we flew in and were not able to bring beach equipment with us. The owners were quick to respond to us and made the process very easy.

Beautiful Bayou

We had a delightful stay enjoying easy access to both sunrises and sunsets as well as long walks on the beach. Just sitting on the couch looking at out on the canal is quite a view. We travel a lot and this was one of the best appointed places we’ve stayed. They have thought of everything!

Wonderful Place and Location

We had the best time ever, the condo was very close to the Pier and Restaurant's. and a short distance to the free trolley. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a perfect visit and the owners were very helpful with all my questions.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed the condo very much. It has everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for dinner. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful! The location is perfect, it is close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet condo with amazing sunsets

We had a great time at Endless Summer. We especially enjoyed walking to Bean Point, bringing the chairs provided and sitting at the bayside beach, and watching the sunset on the dock. This condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Great location to walk to many things. We found Anna Maria beaches to be q busy some days, so we also drove to Longboat Key and Coquino Beach which were very close and not as busy. We made almost all of our meals in the condo and found the airfryer to be very useful! Easy check in/out experience too and Eric was quick to respond to any of our questions.

Endless Summer

If you are looking at this property book it! Eric and Kaci answered all of my questions prior to arrival, helping us get an idea of the island as this was our first visit, and we will be returning. Anna Maria Island is perfect for families, cute shops and great beaches. I’ve never seen water so clear and perfect white sand. This property is just a driveway from the bay and City Pier, with the gulf access a short walk down the block. The beds are comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the unit is great, kitchen was fully stocked with all our needs even a crockpot. We rented a GAS golf cart (from Lazy Turtle), as this is a condo with no way to charge an electric but the gas was great as no worries on keeping an electric charged. This complex is very quiet, for the weekend before Fourth of July there was maybe one group per each four-plex. There is a hose at the entrance of the complex so that you can spray of the sand. The kayaks were a wonderful additional to your the canal. We liked the option for bikes all though we didn’t use them. There is a cute ice cream shop across the street called Two Scoops and it’s worth the wait in line. Bean point is the very tip of the island and a must to go to! There is limited parking but the best views and beach! This place had everything we needed and made our first visit to the island an amazing trip. We will for sure be back, so sad our Endless Summer ended.

Wedding Bliss

We stayed here for our destination wedding and had family and friends that also traveled to the area. This location is close to everything downtown. We could easily walk or take the trolley to anywhere we needed. We extended our stay to include our honeymoon as well. The bikes and kayaks were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again :)
