Enough space for 6 people and the living space was big enough. Kitchen was nice and it was nice to sit in the backyard. Slight complaint would just be the depth of the stairs up to the house, you have to be careful not to trip.

It was a great stay! The only thing I disliked was not having TVs in every room & not having a washer & dryer but overall it was great place to stay. Everything was clean & accessible & we enjoyed our time there!! Would recommend & I would enjoy staying again with you!! It was very home like & inviting as well as being in a safe & quiet neighborhood

Soweit in Ordnung, Mina ist super!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2Teenager) haben für 8 Nächte gebucht.Wichtig waren uns 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer und ein Außenbereich mit Nähe NYC.Die Wohnung war sauber. Roch die ersten Tage etwas nach Putzmitteln. War aber nicht schlimm oder unangenehm.Die Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick kleiner als erwartet, insbesondere die Küche mit dem Esstisch.Ausstattung der Küche eher spärlich, aber soweit ausreichend.Kein Trockentuch oder Wischtuch, dafür Papierrolle. Genügend Kaffee für die Kapselmaschine, top!Wasserfilter am Kühlschrank blinkte wg. Wechsel. Wir waren uns nicht sicher, wie die Wasserqualität ist, deshalb haben wir es nicht getrunken oder für Kaffee verwendet.Betten und Bettausstattung super.Der Außenbereich ist sehr ungepflegt und ohne Gartenmöbel/ Sitzgelegenheit und deshalb nicht zu gebrauchen. Da das Wetter eh nicht so gut war, war es nicht weiter schlimm für uns.Bei besserem Wetter wäre es allerdings ärgerlich gewesen, da wir die Wohnung extra deswegen ausgesucht hatten.Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Einfahrt. Wenn man also ein Auto dabei hat, ist das auf jeden Fall top!Einkaufscenter ist fußläufig (5 Min) erreichbar.Wir waren für einen Citytrip nach NYC dort.Wir sind täglich mit Uber zur Path Station Journal Square gefahren ( 15-20 min Fahrzeit, 13-18 USD, Taxi 20 USD).Weiter mit der Path zum WTC (pro Fahrt 3 USD) dauert es nochmal ca. 20 min.Um also mit 4 Pers. bis zum WTC und wieder zurück zu kommen haben wir täglich ca. 55 USD ausgegeben. Mina antwortet schnell

Easter Weekend Getaway

It is difficult to find a three bedroom in the city. This accommodated our family well and was close enough to go into the city. The host is a great communicator and always responded immediately. She welcomed ideas and suggestions as well.

Amazing rental with great amenities

There were 7 of us that stayed at the property (4 adults and 3 kids). We loved that it was close enough to the city so we could drive and park. We also have been in many rentals and this was the only one that had 3 king-sized beds. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware and dishes and the bathroom had plenty of linens. I would highly recommend this property and the owner, who was great with communication.

Very comfortable home, tidy and neat. Close to many shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment, free parking a +. Host was gracious and responded quickly to any inquiry. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

We were down for a school visit and the location of this property was perfect. It was exactly as it appeared in the listing. The host was very responsive to my questions. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 rating is that one of the air cooling units was broken. I will add that as long as we kept that rooms door open the other units helped cool the space.

Convenient stay near NYC

We stayed 2 nights and it was nice to have parking in the driveway. Place was immaculate and had a good amount of amenities in the kitchen. Beds were large and comfortable. The driveway is on a slope and there is a flight of steps up which was fine for most of our family but a little harder for the elderly in our group. 1 bathroom meant we were on a rotation but we made it work. We'd stay here again.

March 5th - 9th, 2024

Communicating with Mina was excellent, she went above her duties by providing directions, places to eat at, sights to see. Property was exactly as in the pictures. Very clean. Parking was tight, but this was expected and communicated in advance. The only noise heard was from garbage trucks, but again, the property owner can't control this. Would definitely stay here again. The short ferry ride to Manhattan was nice and the price for the close proximity to Manhattan was even better.

A Nice Home close to NYC

We had a good time during our stay in this townhouse. It was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The parking was a bit challenging for a Suburban but we were OK with it.
