Lovely home on a huge acre lot 1.5 miles from the sports complex and 2 houses from the Rock Island bike trail. Come stay at our house and bike or walk to the games. Dogs welcome and will be in love with our huge back yard. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds. Large open attic space with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Just bring your suitcases! Also great place to work from home. GoogleFiber provided and a work station. Must be 25 to rent.

The place was just as described. The proximity to the stadium was perfect for us as we wanted, a very short Uber ride away. The owner was very professional and quick with communication.

Great for families

We had a great stay at Danae’s place. Lots of beds which we much appreciate as a family. Also appreciated all the kitchen supplies and multiple utensils for families. If going to any event at the stadiums- super location! Easy drive in and out. Grateful for the A/C.

The owners thought of EVERYTHING you'll need for your stay, including anything you may forget (shampoo, tampons, detergent, foil, seasonings, etc.). There was space for my dog (although I left her at home), including food and water bowls and towels! The home is exactly as it's pictured and is on a quite street. The backyard was spacious and has patio furniture that's in great shape. Did I mention all of the toys and games to stay entertained? The kids had a blast! They even had their own space, when it rained (entry area where the games are stored)! We had to reach out to the property manager (wasn't able to figure out how to turn on the washing machine) and immediately got a response. I can honestly say this is The Best property I've stayed at!

Cute home with fun wildlife

Cute home with everything you need especially in the kitchen. House was very clean except the kitchen was a bit disorganized because of all the gadgets. No problem though, I just stuck them in the cabinets. We really enjoyed watching the dozen or so deer frolicking in the backyard. Nice little place!

Great little house

We had an awesome time at the house and the CHIEFS WON!! The house did smell extremely mildewy I’m assuming from sitting with not circulation. It died down once we got the air on and left some doors open to air it out.

Playoff Football Trip

Great house with very comfortable beds and rooms. Close proximity to GEHA/arrowhead and very convenient, but not within walking distance. Easy uber ride. 15 minute drive to power and light district and downtown. Incredibly well stocked house with enough of all possible amenities for a large group. Thanks so much!

Great house and location. Easy access to stadiums as well as downtown. Comfortable 3 Bedrooms, nice kitchen and bathroom. Nice yard and quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

It is a cute house. Lots of doors inside, meant lots of teasing teenage girls LOL We had a few little mice make their way inside to join us and saw a HUGE deer in the yard. The tile in the bathtube could use some serious love and the basement leaks. It served our needs and we overall enjoyed it.

Best fit for our family

We had a good time on our stay for the weekend, the house was cozy and had lots of toys for the kids including an xbox. It also had board games and a pool table to stay entertained. the house also has plenty of room for families of 6 or more.the beds were very comfortable and spacious

Great cozy place

Great spot. My son and I and his dog stayed here. An old metal clothesline pole in the backyard allowed us to just clips Bella up on her leash to do her thing. It’s not fenced in but if you bring a long/extendable leash and a carabiner then your dog can hang outside.

We had a great experience at this location. We did find a kill two cockroaches during our stay. It was in a convenient location for the event we were attending. The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils, condiments, etc. The venue also had children’s toys and had families in mind.

Welcome to our home! We are Danae and Nathan and are both Colorado natives. Our house in Raytown is a long term dream that we have had for at least a decade! We were so lucky to have found our place and are glad to share it with others. I am a homeschool mom for our two daughters and my husband is a computer engineer. We have 5 dogs and are always grateful to have a place where we can travel with them. We are happy to provide the same convenience to other families. We have been hosting guests at our Georgetown Colorado house since 2016 and were finally able to buy this place at the beginning of 2021. We are excited to have another property to offer with the same level of commitment to quality as we have at our other home.

We were so excited to find a house so close to the trail! We have family in Raytown that bikes everywhere and this has allowed us to join in with them easily. We love the huge backyard and have started planting an orchard in the back. Love the proximity to some of our favorite places including Crane Brewery and Breakfast and Lunch Lovers. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
