If you enjoy outdoors there’s a back patio with a charcoal grill and fire pit. For the sports fans you’re 5mins from Arrowhead/Royals stadium, 10 mins from hockey arena, and 15 mins from downtown TMobile arena located in the Power and Light District. There are cameras for your safety but none in the bedrooms or bathrooms.

House was a great location, however whomever is cleaning the house and restocking is not doing a good job. There were no full rolls of toilet paper in any of three bathrooms.

Stayed here for a Chiefs game and would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and was the perfect place for the three of us. Close to the stadium, quiet neighborhood, and not a far drive to downtown restaurants.

Great location! Close to the stadium and good central location to the city. Nice place. Found hair on the bathroom floors and overall cleanliness was subpar.

It was a very well kept home. Everything was really clean and comfortable!! We enjoyed being near the golf course and downtown KC. It was perfect for our friend reunion. Definitely recommend!!! Our host was really nice and easy to get ahold of for anything we needed.

The kitchen faucet needs some attention, the racks over the toilets were hard to manage...the toilet seat wouldn't stay up with it there. The house was very clean with everything you need in the kitchen. The layout was perfect for our family. It was quiet and comfy.

Great Location & Comfortable Stay

We had a great two-night stay in this home with our family of five! The location was perfect for our needs, conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. The house was well-equipped and easy to find, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a fan in the room, which made the stay extra comfortable.Overall, the home was clean, though there were a few small things left behind by previous guests. We noticed some flies on the main floor and laundry still in the dryer, which made it feel a bit less put-together. Additionally, there were some kitchen items outside by the grill, which we weren't sure about. Despite these minor issues, the house was a great place to stay and provided everything we needed for our short trip.Would definitely consider staying again for the great location and overall comfort!

Weekend Getaway

Overall this place is very nice, well stocked kitchen, easy check-in/check-out, and comfortable accommodations. The location is great, especially if you are in town for a football or baseball game.The only minor complaints we had were the gnats around the kitchen sink and the dirty floors. Corie was a fantastic host who quickly responded to a minor situation we had. He even followed up a few hours later, making sure all was good which we truly appreciated.

Corie (Host) didnt have house cleaned until 10:30 pm. I won't do any more with VRBO if Corie involved.

Baseball trip

Leftover cake, bacon in sip lock bag, noodles in container and two open half empty bottles of soda in refrigerator. Kitchen had a smell to it. Opened dishwasher and almost died! Grease and leftovers left in to rot! Coffee machine small 6 cups and had mold and leftover coffee in it.Cleaned dishwasher and coffee pot. Bring your own coffee if you rent, no k cup machine. Location to game great.

Great location to Kaufman Stadium!

We were in town for the Savannah Bananas this past weekend and location of the house was perfect. Easy drive to the stadium. Not to far from downtown entertainment either. Nice home for a quick weekend away and great host to work with!!

Great location for games

This location worked perfectly for a quick weekend Royals game with the family. There were a couple of minor things, like a broken towel rack but nothing major. I forgot to check to see if there was a hair dryer supplied because it usually is, and there was not one available-just something to note. Very responsive communication and easy check in.
