Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, our home features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, a comfortable living room, and cozy bedrooms. With convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, you'll never be bored during your stay.

I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

Chiefs Playoffs

Stayed at the house for around 10 days, was originally only going to stay for four nights but after the chiefs won there playoff game to advance to the championship game decided to extend my stay which was made easy by Rob who looked after it for me right away. This house is in a great location only minutes from the Stadiums and really only about 20 minutes from downtown which we went to enjoy the bbq in KC, neighborhood was fine, neighbours were quiet and friendly. House had everything that we needed and also had the small things that are not always included in vrbo's, beds were comfy, bedrooms were a nice size, overrall the house couldn't have been better for us. If we decide to go again next year I wouldnt hesitate to rent this house again. Thanks again Rob, I appreciate you letting me stay longer and for your quick communication.

The interior of the property is good. Appeared to be renovated recently. The neighborhood and exterior of the property was a concern when we arrived. Just a short distance to the sports complex (Royals/Chiefs). Big positive for me.

Can the decorator of this property come to my house? Very comfortable and clean. We were able to park in driveway and do our laundry. Would stay here again.

GEHA Concert

Rob was quick to answer any questions I had and was a wealth of information about the area and gave us referrals for transportation. If we ever make it back to KC we will choosevto stay at this property.

On the Fence

House was convenient, but location did not feel the safest. The house could definitely benefit from some extra cleaning inside and outside. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels were provided. We don’t normally use sound machines, but enjoyed having them there to use.

Great little property

Came in for three nights for my sons wedding. Needed unattended check in since we were arriving in the middle of the night, which Host provided without a problem. A/C went out while we were there and host had technician out less than 12 hours after we reported it. Very good response time. One word of caution. A/C uses floor vents and furniture and drapes can easily block the vents and cause issues. Check the location of vents when you arrive and make sure things aren't blocking them. If you do this you should have a great, comfortable stay.
