From our condo on Everest: Easy Access to all NW Arkansas has to offer.......

Grand entry with beautiful curved stairway and high ceilings.

1. Bikers can walk to the bike trails, riding is preferred.... Blossom way trailhead is 2mi, trail itself, 1/2mi from condo, 6.2mi to Railyard Bike Trail, Slaughter Pen Trail is 10mi.
2. Razorback fans we are 21 miles to Bud Walton Arena
3. Music Lovers we are 2 miles from The Amp.
4. Golfers we have the LPGA tour stop at Pinnacle Country Club, 3 miles 9 Min.
5. Mercy Hospital 3mi: Northwest AR Medical Center 5mi.

Small outdoor patio, two large screen TV's, internet included. Bring your streaming devices and plug in. We provide Youtube TV and Netflix for you. Wireless internet is included as well. Living area is downstairs, seating for 8 at the dining table. Fireplace in living area.

3 bedrooms up, 2 full ba up, 1/2 ba and pull out couch down. The pull out couch features a sleep number type air bed. Not a sleep number bed. Very comfortable.

Fridge with Ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, gas stove and oven, built in microwave provided, some coffee may be left, or you can bring or purchase your own when you arrive. Starbucks is 1mi away.

2 car garage for you to use when you arrive plus additional off street parking for 1 vehicle.

We stayed at this condo for a month when we were waiting on our house to be finished and it was a great stay! There's so much space and plenty of everything for our stay. You cannot beat the location close to everything in Rogers but its also so quiet off a side street. We are going to miss this house!

We were beyond impressed with this condo! It is decorated beautifully and has a perfect layout . The kitchen is huge and is very well stocked with everything you would ever need. The bedrooms are very big . The staircase is grand and is a great place for a nice family picture . Perfect location as it is very peaceful but it’s just a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping so very handy. We would definitely love to stay here again !

Arkansas Baseball Tournament

We loved this place. Perfect location between all our venues for our tournament for both our boys. Very spacious and loved that i was able to make breakfast and dinner when time allowed between games. We will definitely book again next year for our tournament.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood

Had a great stay. Place was clean, just as pictured. Like staying at home. Great base of operations for nearby baseball games. Super close to shops, groceries, restaurants, mini-golf. Everything a family needs.

Baseball season

We had a great experience ! It was a home away from. Never worried about anything. The parking was challenging. Overall its perfect for families, We will never stay at a hotel again Im sure.

Early October stay

We have stayed at this property numerous times, and have LOVED it every single time. It's a beautiful condo, perfectly appointed, and in an absolutely central location to so many activities. It has always been perfectly clean, and the owners are excellent communicators. We look forward to staying again when we come to visit the grandkids!

Beautiful condo in Rogers

This condo was the perfect place! Spacious and well appointed. There was not one thing that we were wanting for. The location is great and the owners were excellent at communications. We look forward to staying again on our next visit!

VERY spacious and comfortable condo

This condo was perfect! I only wish we were in the condo more to enjoy all that it has to offer. Very spacious. Lots of comfortable seating. Large kitchen and eating area. Very close to I-49 with easy access to UArk for busy football weekends. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Graduation Stay

We were going to be in Fayetteville for our granddaughter's graduation from U of A and we stayed 2 nights at the condo. The kids loved the spaciousness of it and we all had plenty of room. It was clean and close to many places we wanted to see/do (Top Golf) and several great eating places. I would recommend it.

Great Location

The Condo was in a good location. Out of the main part of town just enough to be close to everything. The Condo was clean, and had plenty of room for my wife and our 3 kids. We went to a show at the AMP, and it was just a quick 6 minute drive and you're there. Quiet neighborhood, there are lots of other Condos around, but we never heard anyone even driving by. Overall a great place to stay.

We are excited to host you in our Condo in NW Arkansas. We have family that lives up that way and we hope to retire in that area one day. We are not quite retired and we wanted to have something to do once we do retire so this is our fouray into the property rental business to learn it, before we retire. We do not live in NWA at this time we do have a someone that lives close by should you need some immediate assistance with something we can have them come by and help you as soon as they can.

We are season ticket holders of the Arkansas Razorbacks men's Basketball, we have 4 seats in the lower bowl area. We attend many of the games, but occasionally have tickets left over or for sale especially during the week day games. If you would like to come to a game, please let us know in advance and we can see what we have for availability.
