The Point at Poipu offers accommodations featuring spacious balconies overlooking the garden and a partial view the ocean. Relax at the separate sitting areas and enjoy the convenience of fully equipped kitchens. The tastefully appointed primary bath features twin sinks, separate shower and soaking bath. Additional in-room amenities include entertainment center, laundry facilities with washer and dryer and internet access. *Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only.* * 2nd bedroom will either have 1 queen or 2 twin beds based on availability at check in*

Guests will have access to the on site restaurant (hours of operation available at resort), pool, hot tub, fitness center (age restrictions apply) and business center.

Located on the southernmost tip of Kauai, just minutes from Poipu Beach, coastal hiking trails and Old Koloa Town.

Easy beach access at the resort, you will need a vehicle to get to other area attractions.

Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.

There is a General Excise Tax (GET) and state imposed Transient Occupancy Tax, (TOT), which will be collected upon check-in.

Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee's are non- refundable

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit décor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.
Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.
The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.
The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.
Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.
Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
Guests must be 21 or older to check in. The reservation name must match the Government issued photo ID presented to the front desk agent. A major credit card will be needed for incidental deposit.
