Un condominio encantador con vista al azul del Pacífico. Totalmente equipado y amueblado por los propietarios con mucha atención al detalle. La cocina totalmente equipada es encantadora y muy conveniente para preparar comidas y meriendas. Querrá visitar los Sunshine Markets locales para obtener productos frescos para incluir en sus creaciones culinarias.

Disfrute de las maravillosas vistas al mar desde el interior, así como desde su terraza privada. Esté atento a las ballenas jorobadas en invierno y a los juguetones delfines y tortugas marinas durante todo el año. Está a un corto paseo de las hermosas playas de Poipu cercanas.

El mundialmente famoso Poipu Beach Park, Spouting Horn y el National Tropical Botanical Gardens están muy cerca. Justo después del Grand Hyatt en Poipu hay una gran ruta de senderismo. Nice ocean view condo near Poipu beach. Most of what you need for the beach is included. This is clear in the listing, but make sure you're ok without A/C if you stay here. We underestimated the heat and were quite hot in the evenings.

Great location and close to Poipu. Tremendous view of the ocean. Parking was easy. The building itself is dated, but has a nice pool. Check in was ok, it was slightly annoying to have to pick up a key at the rental office beforehand, whereas most other properties have digital locks to get in. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the kitchen items - we had to wash every cup, bowl/plate, pot, and utensil before we could use it. The shower head also needed a good scrubbing. Still a good space though.

Beautiful condo perfect for two with great view of the ocean! Everything was very clean and well laid out, and having laundry on site let us pack lighter than we normally would have. The place made our downtime during our vacation wonderful!

We had such a great stay here. It was clean, the location was great, quiet, and it had all the amenities (i.e., cooking utensils, ice maker, cleaning supplies, beach towels, chairs, washer and dryer, even a cooler!) The no AC is really not an issue as there were plenty of fans. It did not bother us. This condo was everything we could have asked for and more!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect Poipu location, on the highest floor with breathtaking ocean views for miles! The apartment was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished...right down to ice water and ice cubes upon arrival! This is a smaller, vintage complex (which personally I love!) so you get a unit that has more room overall and a colorful Hawaiian character than some bland resort. The grounds are pristine, including a pool that changes color! However it is not a new property, but impeccably maintained. The unit itself was entirely upgraded and looks exactly like the photos. There was an assigned parking space and so easy to load and unload. Personally I love an elevator! There is no way I could carry my luggage up five flights, so that was super important to me. There wasn’t an AC but I immediately opened the windows and the trades and fans kept it cool. A wonderful unit!

We love the Kahili, the 5th floor view, Poipu and Kauai. This is a familiar home away from home, and we love that. My husband passed away last year, so this was a poignant return for me.

The vibe was really relaxed and the décor had that nice island feel that made it extra special.There’s no A/C, but honestly, we loved it during the day The breeze flows through the house and the ceiling fans kept it cool, when there was crosswinds. It felt nice to enjoy the fresh air instead of being sealed up inside. Only suggestion is to place a portable AC unit in master bedroom. To use when there aren’t any crosswinds.The location was awesome—quiet and peaceful but close enough to beaches, food spots, and fun things to do. The hosts were super friendly and even left us a welcome basket with local treats. That was such a nice surprise!If you're looking for a chill Hawaiian getaway, this is the spot. We’d totally stay here again!

Easy to enjoy. Some of the tenants are older and set in there ways. Husband was on the phone by the pool and his voice carries and is loud. He got lectured about that. We’re kind of on edge about noise and such. We are quiet and non parties. Didn’t complain about a jack hammer going all day on the next door unit.

Six-minute drive to the Kukui’ula shops and eight minutes to Sueoka Market and Old Koloa Town. Easy day trips to Waimea Canyon and Hanalei Bay.Older building, but the unit’s kitchen, bathroom and flooring have all been nicely updated. It’s clean, well equipped and quiet. The pool appears to be well maintained. The designated parking space and elevator were a plus. Shout out to Kauai Vacation Rentals management for providing great service.

We thought we would try a condo this time and Sunset Kahili 506 got great reviews. After a weeks stay I totally agree! The condo was fantastic and we had a wonderful time! It is everything that the description describes plus more. We began and ended ours days sitting on the lani with its spectacular views watching the sun rise and set. So peaceful. The unit was super clean and well stocked (the kitchen was better stocked than mine at home). The location is within walking distance to many wonderful experiences. If you want a low key, quiet and relaxing vacation, this is the condo for you. The folks at Kauai Vacation Rentals should give classes to other businesses on customer service, because they are the best. Great communication, easy checkin and checkout process and a condo that exceeded our expectations. I also appreciate the fast refund of our security deposit after our stay. First class all the way!
