Perdido Towers, far from the crowds, located on brilliant white beaches, nestled between blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the peaceful solitude of Old River. 500’ of beachfront to enjoy from your balcony or a walk on the beach. Keypad entry to the buildings provides security and units have a private or semi-private entry from the elevators. This unique, 1439 SF, 7th and 8th floor townhouse is beautifully decorated with ceramic tile throughout the Living, Dining, Kitchen. Bedrooms are on the second level with carpet. There is a convenient half bath on the entry level.

A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: Welcome to our slice of paradise! Our family has been vacationing in Perdido Key for 15 years and we love our quiet beach. Following morning coffee on the balcony and a leisurely stroll on the beach, we feel the weight lifted. The sugar-white sand and ocean breezes have the power! We love to cook so our kitchen has everything you'll need; or with plenty of restaurants nearby, you don't have to cook. We especially LOVE the Oyster Bar, The Gulf and Kaydens for dessert. We chose Perdido Towers for the amazing beach views from the Living Room Balcony and Master Bedroom. There's something to be said waking up to a beachfront view! I would love to keep this gem all to ourselves but I have to acknowledge this property. The unit was beautifully decorated and clean. The VIEW OMG. EVERYTHING you could want was provided. Literally the only thing you need to bring is your swimming suit, beach towels and food. There is beach service available which is great! You are steps to the beach and the pool is beautiful! The only items of concern was we felt the master shower door needed replaced, the light at the condo entrance needed replaced (it was a bit dark) and other condo guests didn’t ensure the entry door was completely closed.We would stay there again today if we could!

A serenity oasis!

Wonderful 2 story condo with amazing oceanview! I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting peace and serenity! We enjoyed this area due it being a more quiet area with nice amenities. Every morning we enjoyed watching the dolphins swimming by. Condo was lovely with the big windows overlooking the gulf. Nice living room and large kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Newly updated and decorated. Very comfortable and enjoyable.

The mattress in the master needs to be replaced due to extreme sagging. The A/C did not work when we got there--it was 76*F. We called Perdido Realty (as instructed) for a maintenance request. They sent someone to change the capacitor. The AC worked for an hour before it went out again. At 11:30pm they offered to move us to another unit, just for the night. With two sleeping children, we opted to stay, since we would have leave the other unit in the morning. The dryer took 3 hours to dry 4 towels -- not beach towels, just regular bath towels. We called to have someone come look at this, no one ever did. I even mentioned that it would be nice to have dry towels to use after a shower, was told they were sending someone right then. No one ever came. Towels were never dried. The construction was noisy but did not really affect our stay. The pool was nice and clean. We will not return to this unit or management company.

Clean Comfortable Cozy

Nice property. As advertised. Would lease again while school’s in session, like this visit. From experience too many kids, chaos otherwise. Within walking distance of the Flora Bama, a definite plus.
