Note: There is no fire pit at this property- outdoor fires are not allowed in this section of Massanutten. However we do provide a gas fire table on the back deck.

The base rate includes 4 people. Additional guests are extra, $30 per person per night please read the itemized charges carefully. No more than 10 guests

Please take your trash with you. The house manager can take them for a tip of $5 per bag, if you would prefer.

Pet friendly! 30 pound weight limit- maximum of 2. $65 per pet per stay. No cats, sorry!

Please also note that there are security cameras at this property, outside aimed at the driveway.
