We’re just minutes from the main entrance. Massanutten Resort is open to everyone and amenities are pay-as-you-go—no mandatory resort fee is included in your stay. Buy day passes/tickets only if you want (WaterPark, Fitness & Rec Center, golf, etc.), which is standard for most private homes in the area. Free perks include hiking trails and the mountaintop overlook. Note: the Summer community pool is only for MPOA/HOA-linked homes (not this property), but the resort WaterPark is easily accessible with day passes.

- Respecting wildlife: enjoy the animals—no hunting permitted

Wi-Fi: The estate sits a bit deeper into the mountain for privacy, traditional high-speed options are limited. We provide satellite-based internet and is good for browsing/streaming, although not fiber grade.
