Relaxing quiet days w/expansive lake views from most all rooms. 1-acre gentle sloped lot w/plenty of sunshine and breezes. Convenient location to restaurants/attractions and boat launch. Sip coffee, have dinner or watch TV on the screened porch. Enjoy hammocks, kayaks and large fire pit. Annual deep water with covered 2 slip dock. Covered parking and turn around drive for boat trailers. 3 full bathrooms. Memories to be made fishing, boating or just relaxing on the lake.

This home is Located on a large gentle slopping private 1-acre lot with 292 foot of water frontage. It has a dock with deep water year-round to park your boat. There is covered parking and a large turn around drive with extra space to park multiple vehicles.

This house was recently renovated and is a perfect vacation rental. Warm, cozy and open interior. Most all rooms have views of the lake. Well stocked kitchen (see pictures). BR1 King w full bath, BR2 King w full bath, BR3 Twins w full bath in hall, LR Queen Pull out couch and Twin Pull out chair.

There is a large screened in porch with a dining table for 6 as well as a TV couch and chairs on the porch to watch your favorite game.

Does it have lighting at the pier? Is the lot large and have room to do outdoor activities? Is the house crowded by other houses? Do they provide pictures of the surrounding area and houses? What is the neighborhood like? Is it quiet? Is the lot relatively flat? Is there plenty of parking for guest and boat trailers? Does it have outdoor outlets for charging boat batteries? Does it have a turnaround drive for boats? Does it have covered parking for cars or boats? Does it have great views from most all rooms and the lot? Is it close to town? Is it in the Florence area? Can you get food delivered? Is there a boat launch close? Does it have cable and great internet speeds? Our property checks all those boxes. Ask these questions before booking your next lake stay.

*We have 2 security cameras on the front eve and 2 cameras on the back eve. All 4 are in plain view. They record 24/7. There are NO cameras on the interior of the house nor the screened porch. There is NO audio recording on the interior or exterior of the house.

Awesome property. Very Clean. Great places to gather-Big kitchen table, comfortable couches, table and seating in screened in porch, seating and table at fire pit and table and lounge chairs at end of dock. Comfortable beds in 2 master bedrooms and 2 twins in another. Each room has own bathroom.Great area. Michael and Tracy were great hosts. Very quick to responds to any request. Gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Definitely a 5 star stay. Will return!

Great house for a peaceful stay. We have rented this property several times and it is consistently clean and well kept. The owners have updated the decor and the kitchen is well stocked. Our favorite part of the house is the screened- in back porch and the fire pit outside. Furniture was added to the dock this time which was really relaxing.If you want to enjoy a peaceful stay that is 15 minutes or less to all amenities, this is the house for you.

Everything was perfect. House is clean clean with everything stocked you could possibly need. Great location on the lake and nice flat lot. Host was very helpful with recommendations and provided quick responses. Highly recommend!

A group of my lady friends I have known for over 30 years stayed at this lovely lake home this weekend. We absolutely loved the screened in porch, the bbq grill and seating area, boat dock, and spacious and comfortable rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Our host was very attentive, and the place was super clean. We will be back next year! Thank you to our hosts!

Excellent Multiple Stays

Our family (8 total) have stayed the same week for the past 3 years and are booked AGAIN for next year! EXCELLENT accommodations and host is VERY kind!Covered dock, screened porch and large yard are FANTASTIC!All three bedrooms with baths are very accommodating. You won’t be disappointed!

Great House

We have rented this house multiple times, and we are never disappointed. The set up of the rooms (one king suite on one side of the living area/kitchen and another king suite on the other side along with a two twin bedroom plus extra bathroom is ideal for our family trips. The screened in porch is where we live most of the time. We take our Granddaughters fishing in the lake right in the back yard where they catch blue gills and catfish. The fire pit is great for relaxing and making s'mores. The owners are very responsive and professional, and the house is always very clean and well stocked. We will continue to rent this house when we visit Florence , AL

Great Place

In town for a fishing tournament on the lake. Everything was as listed and the host are great! Perfect location on the lake and convenient to town. Very large driveway was perfect for truck and boat parking.

Wonderful Lakehouse

Four lifelong girlfriend trip was completely perfect because of this five star lakefront cutie! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms with the best screened porch for sitting, laughing, drinking wine and solving all the problems of the world. The house was very cleaned and fully stocked with any supplies you might need such as hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash. We just loved it. The owners live down the road and were very responsive to any questions asked. We ate at Mugshots, Big Bad Breakfast and Southern kitchen. Fun time!!

We have stayed in this house a couple of times and it really is set up great for us. There is a master suite with king bed on one end with the living area in the middle and another master suite with king bed on the opposite end. There is a 2 twin bedroom off the living room. We've stayed there by ourselves one time and with our daughter and granddaughter another time. It is always very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciate the non cluttered house and the great screened in porch. We haven't used the fire pit but it is available overlooking the lake. The owner is very available if any questions arise. We plan on staying here if available every time we visit my elderly aunt. Thanks!

Perfection!

This home has been carefully thought out! This is our second time here and we’ve never visited any where twice! All the cleanliness, ammenities and activities to stay and relax yet close enough to town for items needs or fun restaurants and sites. We hesitate to recommend it too highly because we love that it’s our secret place to go for quality family time within a few hours drive. But we can say this…we’ll be back again. Michael and Tracy have been amazing with communication on both of our trips and that gives us the final 5th star!

Family Gathering

Fantastic stay! Everyone enjoyed including the 6 adults and 2 small children. The floating mat was a big hit! Beautiful home and very clean and well kept. Loved the fishing dock, kayaks and swimming. We have booked what will be our 3rd stay! Lovely!

Perfect family retreat!

Michael and Tracey were great in communications before and during our stay. The house was VERY clean and completely stocked with anything you would need to cook/grill there. It also has plenty of games, TVs, fire pit, kayaks, and a paddle board! Our teen boys loved all of it! Especially fishing off the dock. The other thing we loved was how close we were to Florence to be able to get groceries, eat at restaurants, and even sight see! We will absolutely be recommending this place to friends as well as return here again soon!

Great house

Our family has rented multiple homes in this area, and this house is by far the best one. It was convenient to my elderly Aunt's house in Florence along with shopping and restaurants. Robert Trent Jones Muscle Shoals golf course is approximately 25 minutes away. My husband and Granddaughter fished in the river right behind the house and caught blue gills which was very exciting for her. The house is exceptionally clean and the screened in back porch was a game changer for us. We rarely stayed inside because the back porch with fans was so pleasant. We would definitely recommend renting this house, and we plan to go back in the fall.

We own and manage residential and commercial properties. This was our family lake house for many years, and we lived in it full time for a few years. We travel and stay in private VRBO properties such as this one and have knowledge of renting properties. We live on the lake and hope to share our love of the lake through this unique property.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This house was recently renovated and is a perfect vacation rental. The property is in a great location, and you can be at many restaurants and attractions in 5 minutes. Downtown Florence is 10 minutes away and Muscle Shoals in 15 minutes away. The boat launch and marina are only a 5-minute drive. You can see the Highway 72 bridge from our property. The house is 1/2 mile by boat to the Tennessee River.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There is a large fire pit and lots of firewood for those cool nights or just roasting marshmallows. We have 2 hammocks, 4 kayaks and a 2 slip covered powered boat house. Dock your boat under cover. The water is deep enough year-round to access the dock. There is a large screened in porch with a dining table for 6 as well as a TV on the porch to watch your favorite game. We have covered parking and a large turn around drive with extra space to park your boat trailer.
