Linda cabaña de propiedad privada en Wilson Lake está ubicada en un hermoso complejo frente al lago con piscina, alquiler de botes, área de playa, además del área de la casa club que se puede alquilar para eventos. Estamos aproximadamente a 25 minutos de Muscle Shoals Alabama, hogar de la legendaria grabación de sonido y fama de Muscle Shoals, a 30 minutos de Florence Al, hogar de la Universidad de North Al. y WC Handy Festival y muchos otros lugares de música, aproximadamente a 15 minutos del hermoso campo de golf Robert Trent The Shoals.
Esta casa completamente amueblada requiere que traigas solo tu ropa y comida. Puede relajarse en el porche con ventiladores de techo o bajar unos pasos y disfrutar de la parrilla. A pocos pasos de distancia, ya está en el muelle, listo para pescar, navegar o simplemente relajarse. Hay una rampa para botes en la propiedad del resort y puede amarrar su bote a nuestro muelle justo en frente de la cabina. Además, alquiler de embarcaciones disponibles a través del complejo.
Cuenta con una cocina muy equipada con encimeras de granito, 2 pisos, gran sala con gran chimenea de piedra, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1 dormitorio (cama Queen-Size) en el primer piso con baño, 2 dormitorios (uno con una reina y otro con 2 gemelos ) en el segundo piso con baño de Jack y Jill. Hay un sofá y Love Seat en la gran sala. También tenemos un bonito colchón inflable tamaño queen y una cama plegable individual para su uso.

Peaceful

This was the perfect cabin, we went specifically to fish and the dock was outside the back door which made it nice to sit in our chairs and just relax while we fished. Loved the beautiful cabin, the screened in porch, and the hammock in the back yard. The community was a wonderful safe place to walk and enjoy a relaxing time. We will be back!

Family birthday celebration

We stayed 3 nights. Celebrated our father’s 98th birthday! It was a perfect place. Everyone had a great time, cabin and grounds were wonderful. And weather was perfect!!

Great Cabin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the peace and quiet! The views are beautiful and Lori was great to communicate with. The screened in porch is so nice and they also have a nice hammock and fire pit available. We will definitely want to stay here again!

The cove

The property was beautiful. The host was great. Communication was perfect. It was a great stay. Hope to do it again soon. The only issue I have is I wish there was a no wake zone up on the docking area for our personal watercrafts as other boaters went by it gave me anxiety worrying about damage to our and others watercrafts that were docked..

Feeling Relaxed

Doublehead Resort at the Cove has always been one of our favorite places to stay. It never disappoints. This spot has so much for families to enjoy.

Perfect getaway!

Everything about this cabin was perfect! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice! Beautiful scenery- especially from the rockers on the screened in porch! Hostess was excellent to work it, and even let us know about a nearby eagles nest to check out while we were here. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect Weekend Get Away

Booked this cabin as a easy get away with family. We had an amazing time. The cabin was clean and spacious. All the beds were super comfortable and we loved being right on the water. 10 out of 10 for vacation rentals. Can’t wait to go back! ❤️

Just A Great Vacation

Absolutely loved the screened-in porch. Practically lived in it the entire time. Everything we needed was there. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house is on a nice, quiet little inlet. Very peaceful. We will be definitely be back!

This place wasin a beautiful area the cabin was clean it needs some updating on something the air wasnt work great glad it wasn't real hot but she is aware of it so it should get fixed. But over all it was great... the owners are very nice. The veiw is awesome looking over the water

Great lake getaway!

This really is a great little property, and Lori was a very responsive host. If I had any things others should know they would be: 1) The channel is VERY shallow. You've really got to hug the near shore if you bring your boat. 2) Not sure if it's seasonal or not but the whole channel had a nasty moss floating everywhere so swimming off the dock was not an option. 3) I don't think there is AC in the upstairs bedrooms....really could use ceiling fans up there. Wilson Lake is beautiful, and this cabin really was a fun stay for adults and college aged kids. We would definitely rent again!

Dark to light

When we arrived at the cabin two tornados had just hit the area. but the cabin was safe and fine except for the power was out for several hours. Once the power was back on every thing was fine. The owner keeping in contact with me about the power situation until it came back on was greatly appreciated. Only other problem was with the bath towels put in the wrong place on top a mouse glue trap and problem was not corrected the next day like owner stated. Over all stayed fine.

Weekend Getaway

The house was very clean and in a beautiful location! You dont have any neighbors on one side so that gives you a little more privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our trip very much! Lori has been available to answer any questions and has been a super hostess! Do be aware if you have stayed at Doublehead before, it’s not quite as easy to rent boats and golf carts as it used to be. We went off property to a marina to rent a pontoon boat for the day, which we had done before right there at the resort. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the number provided. Turned out fine and was not a problem at all. We brought a canoe and kayaks and put in right behind the house. There are some small rock ledges at the waters edge that made it super convenient to put in. Wonderful weekend with family!!

nothing like the photo, no grass, no chairs, broken hammock, no screened porch

I was given a different cabin at the last minute & the one thing I said was we wanted to be outside. The hammock was broken, there were no chairs or grass, just dirt. The staff worked on the hammock for two days, so there were workers there every time we wanted to sit outside. The hammock got fixed by the last day, but I guess another rented demanded our picnic table, so here come the golf carts again and they are hooking up a chain (this took several attempts) & dragging off our picnic table, while we were still there! I do not blame the staff. The entire time we were there, we had to look at the cabin we thought we were getting but did not get. Knocking 10% off was not enough, we were not able to have the vacation we had planned.
