Beautiful newly renovated lake front home with private dock perfect for fishing and swimming. Located only 5 minutes from Turtle Point Yacht and Country Club, shopping, and delicious restaurants. 3 bedrooms with queen beds plus a pull out futon and roll away bed to sleep up to 8 guests. Master bedroom with lake views from double doors and en-suite bathroom. Full guest bathroom. Large laundry room with washer/dryer. Spacious open common area and kitchen perfect for entertaining. Fully furnished kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and gas stove. Long, level driveway to accommodate multiple boats. Large back porch and covered patio equipped with Trager wood pellet grill, patio tables and seating for 18. Level backyard that is right on the waterfront with hammock that’s perfect for relaxing. Safe, quiet neighborhood that is perfect for bicycling and evening walks.

We loved our stay. We were in town to attend to an ailing, aged, mom who was in the hospital. The quiet, serenity of this house was a Godsend when we would come back to rest and recharge. The property is beautifully decorated and the large glass windows overlooking the lake are perfect. We hope to visit again, just for fun!

Girls Birthday Getaway

We celebrated a moms/daughters weekend at this property and were extremely pleased. The view and property are beautiful. We loved the large deck. We saw ducks and deer everywhere. We ate at Ricatonis twice and had fabulous massages at Serenity Day Spa. We shopped all the stores and everything was close by.

Great place to rest and enjoy the water!

We had a great holiday weekend at the Lake house. It was clean and comfortable and seemed to have been recently renovated. Beautiful Kitchen and lots of light. It was quiet and peaceful! Monica was very responsive to any question. Would be really great to be there in the warmer months but we enjoyed getting to see the water and ducks and ring in the new year! Paige and friends!

Comfortable lake house

My family (me, husband, son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter, age 2 1/2) stayed for a long weekend. The house was clean and comfortable and the lake view was perfect. Everyone loved having coffee on the dock in the morning while we watched the ducks and watched my son and husband fish. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Fun place

This place has a great atmosphere, clean and well maintained. Big yard with plenty of shade trees for enjoying the outside. Nice pier for boating and swimming. However the beds were not very comfortable. Maybe the host could upgrade the mattresses in the future. Could have been 5 stars.

Perfect location, perfect weather

Monica's property was even better than advertised. Stayed there with another couple and hosted a dinner for 16 people - the outdoor patio seating combined with temperatures in the 60s made for an amazing night. Check-in was a breeze, house has been updated very nicely. Just an outstanding 2-night stay.

Spectacular Waterfront Stay

We stayed at this property for a weekend waterfront getaway with a few friends. The place was amazing! Tons of comfortable outdoor seating, great dock space and water access. The two kayaks were an excellent amenity. We cooked both nights; the kitchen was large and well-appointed and the pellet grills were fantastic and well-kept. Each of the bedrooms / bathrooms were comfortable and met our needs perfectly. My only small complaint would be the lighting in the main room; the bright blue-white light made it difficult to enjoy the space at night. Overall this was a great property and I'd definitely book again for a similar trip!

Lake Getaway

We really enjoyed our short trip to this lake house. It was very clean and we loved being right on the water. We had our grandchildren with us and the yard was great for them to play in. We were excited about having kayaks and loved our stay here. We had an awesome time!
