Welcome to The Turtle`s Nest, your comfy beach home awaits! You will find yourself not wanting to leave. The inviting living room is perfect for watching a movie after a day at the beach! Oceanfront views from all of the main living areas.

Open the sliding glass doors to the expansive deck, to watch the sunrises & hear the waves crashing. The beach trail is easily accessed & seen from the deck, a quick walk to the white sand & beautiful St. Augustine Beach. Take it all in... vacation is calling!

The photos take you on a tour of the home, from walking up the exterior staircase into the fully stocked kitchen with gas range, dining area that opens to the living space and onto the sun filled deck. The couch pulls out for an additional bed. There is a half bathroom with a laundry area.

The 2-car garage hosts a second refrigerator for refreshments or overstock, beach toys and a grill to bring outside for a family BBQ. The driveway hosts ample parking. Walk down the charming winding path to the beach!

Every part of the home is available for guest use. We have a locked owner`s closet.

I am always just a message away if you need anything at all. I will check in but want to give you space to enjoy your vacation. Please don`t hesitate to reach out!

No smoking in property. Refrain from smoking on the deck, especially when doors are opened.

We love welcoming pets! Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s) we love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Children are to be supervised during their stay. Children should not be on deck or stairs without adult present.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
