Park your car right out front with two designated off-street spaces, check yourself in and feel instantly at home within this cozy, yet spacious apartment designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

Relax in the sunny living area on the plush chaise couch while you enjoy a game of Jenga or Yahtzee or simply sit back and watch a show on the huge wall mounted TV.

Cook up all your favorites in the chef friendly kitchen that comes fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need for easy meals at home. There is a fridge/freezer, an oven and cooktop, a microwave, coffee maker and even a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.

Sit up at the breakfast bar or table for meals with seating for six or if you don’t feel like cooking, make your way across the street for the best pancakes at Café Eleven along with many more restaurants, coffee shops and cafes all just a short walk away.

The two front king bedrooms have super comfortable memory foam mattresses topped with soft, quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The back bedroom features a sofa that pulls out into a daybed or queen bed for sleeping. Unpack and make yourself at home and then enjoy a movie night tucked up in bed with wall mounted smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms.

You won’t need to bring a thing with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and fluffy towels all supplied for you in the sparkling, modern bathrooms with waterfall shower heads.

Sit out on the back patio with your coffee and snacks each morning while you listen to the sounds of the waves, then grab a supplied beach towel and walk just 2 minutes to the beautiful St. Augustine beach and relax on the sand, then wash off at the apartment with an outdoor shower waiting for you when you get back and a corn hole set to play before going out to dinner. Grab a drink when you get home and sit in the new 6 person hot tub. 4 beach chairs, umbrella, turkish beach towels and a wagon are provided for guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, as well as a private tropical backyard patio with outdoor shower, fire pit, hot tub, putting green, and plenty of seating.

The Neighborhood:
Duneside Bliss is located just one block from the beautiful St. Augustine beach on Anastacia Island and is only a 7 minute drive to the historic Downtown St. Augustine.

Walk to the popular St. Johns Pier, eat some of the best pancakes you will ever taste at Café Eleven restaurant right on your doorstep then enjoy a scoop or two of ice cream at Cone Heads for dessert just a 5 minute walk down the road.
The Island shares the rich and varied history that St. Augustine and its historic district holds. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants all with a laid back, breezy vibe giving you the ideal place to escape the crowds of the St. Augustine downtown area.

A trademark of Anastasia Island is the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum. The lighthouse serves as an educational museum where you can view the many exhibits in the keeper’s house and 3 other historic structures, walk the picturesque grounds, and walk up the 219 steps to the top of the lighthouse for spectacular views – a must see when visiting the island.

Visit the picturesque Anastasia State Park that features 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches to relax on with plenty of things to do including bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. You can also rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and see the park from the water.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free reserved parking for two cars included with your stay.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

Once in the city, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.

The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. They also offer a Beach Bus with multiple pickups near the apartment, so you can leave your car and ride directly into downtown without worrying about parking.

Other Things to Note:
PETS: 1 dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay. Dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and potty trained. $100 non refundable pet fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile).
