The condo was fantastic. Very clean and accommodating. The family had a wonderful time visiting. The condo is also very centralized to food and shops. The only thing is that the elevator system kept breaking down and there are only 2 elevators to accommodate that many people. This will cause us to look somewhere else in the future as it really breaks the vibe of the experience when the elevator doesn’t work and we are climbing 7 flights of stairs.

When we first got there we noticed how dirty the place was. Blood stains on the dresser in guest bedroom, blood on the pillow cases and sheets in master bedroom, there the bed sheets and bed frame was disgusting and hair was caked onto it. A handprint was on the wall in mast bedroom, some sort of food gunk on kitchen chairs. When we contacted the host they took a day to respond back. No compensation for the filth. Especially with the blood stains which is a health concern in my opinion. I’ve stayed at the seawind condominiums for the past 5 years and have never stayed in a room so dirty before.

Hi Alex, thank you for your review. I see where our team came out to address your concerns after a significant wait, and I apologize for the inconvenience. You should never have checked into a rental in this condition, and our housekeeping leadership is looking into this in order to ensure it cannot happen again. We hope in the future you'll give our team another chance to impress you.

Great vacation home!

The property was exactly as advertised, so you won’t be disappointed! Our family spent the spring break holiday here and we couldn’t be more satisfied. First time in Gulf Shores for our family- this condo’s location was perfect! We walked to the Hangout and Pink Pony Pub for meals - a small market with essentials and clothing is right across the street. We used the workout room every day, and it was so nice to have the beach right there. Great experience!!
