Close proximity to Santa Monica, LA Airport, and Venice beach boardwalk. The Marina restaurants and view of the boats are spectacular. Kayak or paddle board with a sunset. WiFi and TVs in every room to fully relax watching your favorite on demand shows. Comfortable pull out queen bed couch for more room.

Wonderful location! Very spacious with two primary suites and a rather comfortable comfortable pull out sofa bed. Walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, and a wonderful little French breakfast /brunch place. Communication was no problem. Entry instructions were very clear. We have family nearby and plan to stay again.

We enjoyed staying here while moving our daughter into college. The location is perfect and the Marina so close is a plus. The property was clean and is located in a safe area of LA which is wonderful. Close to all the tourist sites but set apart so you can relax comfortably. Definitely will return.

Our stay at the 2 bedroom Venice Beach Condo was perfect. The parking can be a bit confusing at first but the host sent video's to help us. After the initial check in parking job, the in/out and access to the garage elevator was great! The condo itself was one of the best equipped that we have stayed in! They have thought of everything! Plenty of great restaurants within a short walk or 10 minute drive. And the grocery store is right across the parking lot! All of this within a short drive from the Airport! I will definitely stay here again.

Parking is hard to find or it was for me to find my spot but I finally found it. Balcony was dirty with bird poop but I got it cleaned up except the floor i didn’t have a broom or I would have cleaned it

We had a great stay in Marina Del Rey. The property was great, well stocked and comfortable. And the host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Spacious, clean, and well-suited

Really cool apartment and complex. This place was well set up for two couples, and completely hassle-free from check-in to check-out. Grocery store is right there, along with lots of food options. Walking paths along the marina were nice. Walking to Venice beach canals and boardwalk was not prohibitive. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and well equipped

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. Spacious 2 bedroom en suites with very comfortable beds and large bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen with an open floorplan to dining area and living room. And a very cute porch with table and chairs for two! The apartment complex is large and the location lacks charm but is very convenient as coffee and grocery stores are a short walk away. The host was friendly and her instructions were clear. The underground parking garage can be confusing but it is manageable if you follow the host's clear instructions. Definitely would stay again!

Graduation trip

Fit our needs perfectly. Our son graduated from LMU and this property was convenient and spacious for our family. Jenny was helpful, friendly and available to answer any questions that came up. The hot tub and pool were an added bonus. Recommended!

to tell the truth

i’m not sure how this property was rated 10 out of 10. We booked this property due to a funeral on Saturday. And where do I begin. We arrived Friday about 7:30 PM after a long drive 7 1/2 hours. We were exhausted. We entered the property, to see immediately a good portion of the mini blinds, panels were completely missing. Without the mini there was no privacy.#2 The Internet was very weak, and there was a lot of dead zones on that property. Making it impossible to watch TV in any of the rooms.#3 Hot water took between 3 to 5 minutes to warm any of the showers to shower. Mirrors in the bathroom or discolored. And it looked like shelves were dusty and had not been wiped down.#4 The white couch in the main area was stained and looked unfriendly to sit on. This unit needs upgrades really bad.#5 We slept in the first room to the left, and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed. I slept on.#6 Either the walls are thin, but anytime anyone was walking or talking after 10 o’clock you could hear, yelling dog barking people havissue number two we turn the TV on was unable to get any channels. We downloaded our apps so we could watch some much-needed downtime of TV and thought we’d find a movie then shower. Two are amazed, the Internet was not very good. And when you went to watch a show, it was from nowhere. Drop the show for about 5 to 20 minutes or longer and then it would turn back on. Or you had to reboot the TV. We thought we will tackle that issue tomorrow let’s shower.

Clean, comfortable apartment in Marina del Rey

Perfect spot for our visit to LA. This Marina del Rey apartment is clean and as described in the listing. The mattresses were comfortable. We enjoyed having the washer/dryer in the apartment to wash our exercise clothes after using the well-equipped gym. We didn’t have time to use the lovely pool, but next time we stay - it’s a place we’d definitely return to - sitting by the pool and hot tub are on the agenda. This apartment is within easy walking distance to 3 grocery stores, a coffee shop, a pharmacy, and many places to eat. Our host was warm, helpful, and always available. Check-in was easy. We had a little confusion finding the assigned parking space, but once we found it we were very happy it was so close to the elevator and to the garage entry and exit. Thanks for your hospitality Beach comber!

Beautiful condo

Stayed for a week while babysitting our 4 month old granddaughter while her parents worked. very spacious comfortable condo and had everything we needed for a pleasant week. conveniently located to Abbot Kinney. would stay here again!
