Perfect for our needs

This property couldn’t have been more perfect for our High Point University graduation weekend. Close the university, safe neighborhood and the home had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the screened porch!

So very enjoyable!

We had 2 families stay the the weekend for an event in downtown high point. The proximity was great - a quick 10 minute drive. The property was immaculate- the cleanest place I’ve rented. The back patio, hot tub and porch were amazing. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with !

Absolutely great house!!

This was an awesome house to stay at. It was extremely clean, kitchen was stocked with pans, dishes, towels, etc. They even had a coffee station so I didn't have to go buy coffee for only the 3 cups I had. The beds are comfortable, towels and linens were provided so you didn't need to rent them from somewhere or bring them yourself. It rained 1/2 the time we were there but we were able to use the hot tub and fire pit one night and very much enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back. Great house and it was only 1 mile from our daughter. Only suggestion, possibly have a few board games on hand for rainy days. Very close to restaurants and grocery store. Highly recommend it though.
