Set off the banks of Big St Germain Lake in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin, Deer Run Resort Unit #4 is a charming cabin with great adventures waiting to be had. Make memories with us year after year at this romantic, peaceful, slice of serenity. All words that come to mind when looking at this cabin neatly tucked away on a private resort property founded in 1907.

Looking for excitement come check out out miles of trails in the St Germain. The trails cater to all four-season that make St Germain a great destination for all outdoor adventure. Cabin #4 is located within 1.5 miles of all main trail systems. ATV, bike, snowmobiling, anything all terrain trail needed let's not forget the miles of cross-country skiing trails, hiking trails and walking trails nested within the system marked separately for safety all located within walking distance of this resort.

What's not to love about a resort that offers the best of both worlds. After touring the landscape that offered miles and miles of trails within 1.5 miles from this cabin, come back home and take 30 steps out your front door to a beautiful sunrise/ sunset on Big St Germain Lake that offers the best possible conditions for all your water activities. Bring all your equipment needed to enjoy kayaking, boating, water skiing, swimming, freshwater fishing. In the winter bring your winter ice fishing gear and any winter equipment used to enjoy the calm solace of the winter months. The crisp clean brisk mornings will light new spark into your day. Enjoy a hot chocolate on the deck all while contemplating the beauty of the Northwoods.

If you listen closely in the summer months, you will hear the morning calls of the close by loons and may get to see the eagles soaring above. Music to your ears, you couldn't ask for a better location for the adventures to be had at this private resort location.

It is a perfect destination for a personal getaway for 6-9 people, this cozy Cabin #4 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowing sleeping for 6-9 people utilizing the 3 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 queen bed + a full-size futon. 2 TVs, updated furnishings, newer appliances and updated kitchen give you some extra amenities while staying in a cozy Northwoods cabin on the lake. The property has a Fish House to use along with a kids playground as well. The private, woodsy setting allows you to take advantage of a large yard, an outdoor firepit with seating, and swimming from the lakeside. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Deer Run! This was my fifth year there. I was very disappointed with the cleaning fee and the lack of cleaning. Dust an inch thick behind bathroom doors, etc. Also, the deck benches need to be repaired or removed.Tyler was most helpful which I appreciated! A look/see at the twin bedroom would also show a need to be cleaned and repaired. I am a "land lord" in Naples and I Would never rent out a property with these this many things to be fixed. But, I will be back next year,hopefully to an improved #4!

They have a nice place set for the kids. The cabin we stayed in is OK. The floors are not level. The mattresses need to be replaced. The screen on the front door is still ripped as it was last year. Thankfully, there were a number of fans. This cabin Needs some updates. The staff at anchor rentals was wonderful to work with.

Nice stay for the guys fishing trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 4 nights for a guys fishing trip and 1st time to the lake. We were on the water much of our trip. It had all that we needed and parking was easy for trailer space. We needed 250 ft of ext cord for dock / shore power. Cabin has a nice view of the dock and the lake. Inside LR and DR are spacious for our group of 5. Bathrooms were clean and newly remodeled. Some aspects are due for update or maintenance (some bedroom beds are heavily worn, kitchen lighting flaky, water pump/pressure pulsing). Internet was sufficient for the TV to stream a football game. We'd stay again. Mgmt was helpful for questions when booking.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The layout of the cabin makes it easy to share with friends. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled. We were disappointed with the poor condition of the benches and picnic table on the deck. We certainly did enjoy the view of the lake and the sunsets .

The cabin has an updated kitchen and bathrooms that were very nice. The bedrooms are in need of updating and the mattresses desperately need to be replaced. Average value. Be aware this lake has swimmers itch and it was bad for many of our group.
