unidad frente al mar directa en el edificio frente al mar en Atlantic Ave. Disfrutar de la sensación privada de la terraza frente al mar con escalones a la arena. Mientras los niños juegan en la arena mientras se toma su café de la mañana. Luego caminar a través del cruce de dunas para su aventura en la playa. con mobiliario muy bien decorado hace de este encantador hotel de tres dormitorios condominio el lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones familiares. La piscina privada al aire libre (abierta desde el Día de los Caídos hasta el Sun Fest), que recibe mucha luz del sol de la tarde, está a solo unos pasos del pasillo desde la puerta de su unidad. Dos plazas de aparcamiento reservadas asignados están convenientemente ubicados en el estacionamiento del condominio. Hay muchos restaurantes a pocas cuadras del condominio. Fager's Island, Dead Freddies, Five Guys, The Bonfire, Mackey's, Bad Monkey y OC Brew Pub, por nombrar solo algunos, con cientos de otros restaurantes de menú, AUCE y establecimientos de comida rápida, así como el paseo marítimo a poca distancia.

Condo was as pictured and perfect for my family. First floor made for easy access to the pool and beach. The balcony was perfect to hang out on at night. Dave and barb were easy to work with and responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Would happily stay here again.

Labor Day Weekend Family Trip

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Owners made booking very easy & were great at communicating check in & visit info. The condo was clean, spacious & very comfortable for our family of five. The location was fantastic. We all loved being able to walk right off the patio and onto the beach- less than two minutes to the water. The patio was a great place to sit & listen to the waves. There are fun restaurants and entertainment options that are in easy walking distance.. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

We were lucky enough to obtain the week that the owner had available and had a wonderful time. The owner was VERY responsive to any questions I had, which definitely provided a level of comfort before we even arrived. The property is very clean, well kept and the access to the beach is perfect! When not at the beach our family was able to enjoy games and activities in the spacious common area, even played Kinect on the Xbox!! This was the first year that we were 100% pleased with the property we rented. I highly recommend this property and hope to take advantage in renting again!

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the beach. The private beach outside our unit was perfect for our little ones. The only thing we disliked was the 4 page inventory sheet we were expected to complete. We felt it to be unnecessary and a waste of time. We look forward to renting again in the near future. Thank you!

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at our unit. As for the paper checklist, we had already decided to eliminate it for next season. It was a part of our rental process to provide renters with a way of reporting any issues on their arrival. But times have changed and we are simplifying our rental process.

This property was perfect for our vacation needs! The location was great with many places within walking distance. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would without hesitation stay there again!

Spacious condo right on beach. It is a first floor unit so you can’t see the beach but you can hear the waves and utilize the space right off deck We hung out there every night as well as the beach. Great having beach so close just a quick 1 minute walk to the water.

Amazing!

What a beautiful week we had at this Condo! The location is amazing does not get any better then right on the beach. So many places within walking distance and its in the heart of O.C. so if you can't walk it's a short drive. The condo was super clean and big enough for our family without feeling on top of each other. The owners Dave and Barb were very easy to work with. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect Beach Rental!

This was the perfect rental for our family's beach vacation. Right on the Ocean City beach, this condo was well stocked, very clean, and provided great access to the beach. We'll definitely be looking to schedule a return trip!

Great Location

Location is fabulous. Just steps from the beach. Unit had everything we needed from beach chairs/toys to kitchen utensils/appliances. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. There is not a pantry for food that you buy or bring with you and all of the cabinets are pretty full. We had a great stay and would likely return; but would bring lots of clorox wipes because the only downside is the cleanliness. Owner told us the previous renters were particularly messy and the cleaning crew was there longer than usual? We found abandoned personal items under a bed, the sofa, and a dresser - used face masks, clothing, etc that was a clear indication that the unit had not been cleaned thoroughly; which was unsettling with corona virus outbreak. There was sand all in the carpet, on top of the couch and piles of sand under the couch cushions - where the pull out couch is. If you're willing to clean the place when you arrive, it's a great location, with a nice owner, and a nicely appointed unit!

Pandemic vacation

The property is great located right on the beach. We prepared and ate all of our meals in the condo so we would not have to dine in at any restaurants. It was disappointing that the pool was closed but understandable given the circumstances. Otherwise it was great.
