SAFETY: AND CLEANLINESS:
All of the surfaces in our POSHPADZ Properties are cleaned with Anti-virus cleaners which kill 99.9% of viruses for 24 hours.
LOCATION AND THE BEACH: The unit is located on the ground floor and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely views of the community lake. Jupiter beach is walking distance.
THE COMMUNITY:
The community offers 2 heated pools, on site restaurant called Twisted Tuna which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake. The community also offers a BBQ area at the pool, hot tub and on-site tennis courts.
STARTER PACKS:
All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.
SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS:
Harbourside Place is a short walk from the condo where you can find wonderful shops and restaurants.

ARRIVALS: Arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee
We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.
VEHICLES: RVs, Vans, Boats or any commercial vehicles are not allowed in this community. There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed. POSHPADZ does not take responsibility for the cost of towing.

This property has been fully renovated & designed in 2022 from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. You have a fully equipped and new kitchen with deep sink, chef faucet and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms will offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location!

Brand New 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Townhouse overlooking Jupiter Bay Lake. You have plenty of privacy as the 2 bedrooms are upstairs. There is a spacious living area on the main level (1347 sq ft).

THE BEACH: "Villa Hermosa" is a luxury 2 bed 2.5 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the 1st floor and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely views of one of the community lake which is located just across from Jupiter Beach.

With a short walk you reach the Twisted Tuna , a new restaurant and Tiki Bar offering a large selection of Fresh Fish and Tropical Drinks to create your tropical experience. There is a huge heated pool and sunbathing area is located only feet away from the spa.

All the family with enjoy high end dining at the Porto Bello restaurant with a wonderful menu. Just a short walk and you reach the sandy beach at Jupiter, sunbathing, fishing to enjoy the warm waters of the Atlantic Gulf Stream
You will also be a short walk to Harbour Side and Riverwalk. Amble among the high end restaurants and shops. Don't forget, water sports, boat rentals, and deep sea fishing are also available.
