Absolutely no parties or events to be held at the property.
Quiet hours start at 10pm. Please keep any music and noise to a low respectable level, as we like our neighbors and want to respect their evening quiet time. If you are bringing a dog it must not exceed 20 lbs unless it is a service dog or an emotional support dog with a certificate. Thank you!

Please note that a parking permit and registration is mandatory while staying at our property. We will send details upon booking. There are absolutely no trailers, RV`s, motorcycles or commercial vehicles permitted. If you are bringing a truck, please make sure it is not more than half of a ton.

For non-service animals, they must not exceed 20 lbs.

There is a key to the communal pool, please make sure to leave the key upon departure. Any lost keys will be a $20 charge to replace.

A 2.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.
