Breathtaking newly remodeled 2 bed, 1 bath unit

A true home away from home that is so beautiful you will never want to leave. Beautiful and cozy this unit is fully stocked and ready for you and your Alaskan adventure. Centrally located and close to hospitals and the airport. Unit will be having the deck replaced in the Fall of 2022 but will not require any access to the unit itself during that time. Come and relax and enjoy this beautiful gem. Guest will need to climb one flight of stairs. Some remodeling happening in building.

Our stay here was amazing!The owner thought of everything someone would need to enjoy their stay from extra towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, washer pods, dryer sheets, extra coffee, filters, toiletrie items, and even a binder with local restaurants and recommendations! The location itself made it easy to go to almost any destination in anchorage within 10 minutes. Keep in mind our trip was in Nov during off season prior to winter tourism.Two "cons" would be that they are doing renovations to other apartments currently, but the crew started after 830am and ended around 5pm. This apartment faces a busy road way, which means it can get noisy. At night we just used our white noise machine.We truly loved our experience and recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for our short visit. The unit was so comfortable and the updates they are doing are really great. There was work being done as they continue to upgrade the property but it didn’t interfere with our time there. Communication was quick and easy and even with varying arrivals and departures it was easy for us to get acquainted and comfortable.

Christine was an amazing host, responding quickly to any questions I had. This cute unit was a perfect location for all our adventures. Beds were so comfortable, great shower, and a great relaxing place after long days exploring the beautiful areas. Perfect!

Very clean, nicely appointed. Smallest frying pan is warped and doesn't sit flat on stove top. Lots of road noise so couldn't sit on deck, yet overall location is excellent. Coffee pot is too small for 3 people. A full length mirror would be nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our Needs

This property was very clean and decorated tastefullly. Epecially enjoyed quality of beds and bedding, wonderful bathroom lighting with a great shower and plenty of hangers. So many properties neglect the importance of adequate hangers! Property host was accessible and gave great suggestions to insure we had a super stay. Would definitely recommend.

Better than advertised.

Stayed 4 days at this home after 3 days in a downtown hotel. It was superior in every way. Clean, Modern, Fast Internet, 5 star quality sheets and towels. Washer and dryer were very nice. All appliances were new. Only negatives were how busy-loud Artic Ave gets during the day, and the upgrades going on with the exterior. Both did not matter after 7pm, but working from the unit required headphones for zoom.

Nordic Ski Trip for US Nationals at Kincaid Park

The apartment was exactly how described. Clean renovated and quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and downtown. Close to airport and kincaid park for nordic skiing. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Just like the pictures

I’m extremely impressed by how beautiful the apartment was. It looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean and honestly the nicest apartment I seen in Alaska. I live here but how nicely put together the apartment was - it was unreal I found something this nice in Anchorage. The host was amazing 😊

Don’t Miss This Condo!!!

This condo is AMAZING!! Newly renovated with modern decor - beautiful!! Super quiet and clean as a pin! ( only saw 2 other people in the complex the 3 days we stayed in Anchorage). Close to shopping & restaurants. Had everything we needed and super comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if ever in the area.

This was a fantastic place. Great location and such a clean, cute place. Check-in was easy and the place was absolutely spotless. Would definitely stay again.

Visit to Alaska

We needed a place to stay prior to picking up an RV and traveling all over AK. Christina’s place is very convenient to amenities and very close to the airport. Def worth renting.

Unexpected Luxury

This apartment is very roomy and was so lovely! 5-10 minutes from the airport it is perfect for a transitional spot or home base in your Alaska adventure. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity rises!

Almost perfect

Everything was outstanding until we realized there was no air conditioning. If there had been screens on the windows, we could've kept cool with the windows open. However, we couldn't leave the windows open because of the mosquitoes. Everything else was great!
